Abstract
Introduction. Among all types of urinary incontinence urge incontinence (UI), accompanying overactive bladder (OAB) minimizes the quality of life, exerting a negative impact on all aspects of it. All patients in postmenopausal women at the same time with these tools recommended hormone therapy in the form of topical creams or suppositories that contain natural estrogen estriol. Materials and Methods. The study included 153 women aged 55-70 years (mean age 66,5 ± 7,4 years). Group I consisted of 76 women with symptoms of OAB, monotherapy drugs from the group M-cholinolytics within three months (solifenacin succinate 10 mg per day). II group consisted of 77 women with symptoms of OAB, taking a combination of drugs M-cholinolytics (solifenacin succinate 10 mg per day) and estrogen (estriol cream 0.5 mg vaginally every other day) for three months. Results. As a result of the treatment showed that after month of treatment there was a significant reduction in pollakiuria (31.1 %), nocturia (29.6 %) and urgency (27.1 %) in all patients. After 3 months of treatment, patients in both groups showed significant clinical improvement: pollakiuria decreased on average by 77.8 %, nocturia by 64.0 %, urgency by 77.8 % and urge incontinence by 66.7 %. It is shown that the higher the efficiency of the combined schemes of treatment urgency symptoms (61and 84.2 % of cured patients after 3 months of therapy M-cholinolytics and their combination with local estrogens, respectively). Conclusions. The positive effect of the treatment of pollakiuria symptoms, nocturia and urgency was detected a month later and was statistically significant in patients of both groups, compared with the original data. After three months, there is a high efficiency treatment of OAB symptoms, but the frequency of urgency in the combination therapy group was 1.7 times lower than in patients treated with only M-cholinolytics. Treatment of symptoms of drugs OAB M-cholinolytics for 3 months is effective in postmenopausal women as a monotherapy, or in combination with local estrogens.

Abstract
To explore the efficiency, safety and tolerability of dienogest for 12 months of treatment of various forms of endometriosis, conducted a study involving 20 patients aged 18 to 45 years (mean age 20.25 ± 3.8 years). All patients suffered surgical treatment of endometriosis varying degrees of distribution. Dienogest treatment was started on day 1 of the first menstrual period after the operation. All patients performed ultrasonography of the pelvic organs. Assess the degree of severity of pain on a visual analog scale. It is also determined by the level of estradiol on day 2-3 of the menstrual cycle before treatment and at 3, 6, 12 months against the backdrop of dienogest therapy. We studied the thrombogenic potential of the blood and blood biochemical parameters in the same periods of time. The study found that Visanna generally well tolerated and is associated with lower incidence of undesirable manifestations.

Abstract
Objective. To study the change in uterus volume and fibroid volume, the resistance index and pulse index in the uterine arteries after administration of triptorelin in a dosage of 11.25 mg before a planned myomectomy or operation by Osada. Materials and methods. This study included 28 patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Seven of these were excluded from the study prior to closure. As preoperative preparation, all patients received a triptorelin 11.25. Taken into account the volume of the uterus and the fibroid before administration and each month prior to surgery. Furthermore, it was compared the resistance index and pulse index in uterine arteries. Results. The results of this study showed that the volume of uterine fibroids and uterus significantly reduced by treatment with Diphereline 11.25. Fibroid size was reduced by an average of 68.3 mm3 (p = 0.014) and the volume of the uterus by 97.3 mm3 (p = 0.039), and in addition the blood flow indicators were significantly changed: the resistance index changed by 0.87 (p = 0.01) and the pulsation index by 0.43 (p = 0.08) in the uterine arteries. These results confirm the effectiveness of usage of Diphereline 11.25 as preoperative preparation before performing myomectomy to reduce blood loss and perioperative injuries.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of effectiveness of drug combination therapy with Roncoleukin® (recombinant IL-2) in the treatment of viral infections in women of reproductive age was fulfilled. The study included 65 women aged 23 to 37 years diagnosed with anogenital herpes infection and 62 women with a diagnosis of anogenital warts. The diagnosis was put up on the basis of the analysis of complex clinical and laboratory parameters, including molecular-genetic typing of virus detections. It was found that the use of a comprehensive treatment regimen consisting of Valacyclovir 500 mg 2 times a day for 5 days period and Roncoleukin® 0.5 mg subcutaneously once a day for 3 days every 3 days in combination with carrying out destructive practices in the treatment of anogenital warts and the use of Valacyclovir and Roncoleukin® therapy in anogenital herpes infection increased effectiveness of cryoablation and contributed to reduction of recurrence of anogenital herpes infection.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a survey of 91 patients with obstructive defecation syndrome. Functional assessment was carried out according to the results of anorectal manometry high resolution, sphincterotomy, stimulation electromyography for the study of conductivity in pudentilla nerve. The characteristic changes of spasm, pubo-rectal loop, dissynergy, pudendal neuropathy were revealed. These types of studies, which allow in some cases to take the conservative types of correction of disorders of defecation in the pre- and postoperative period should be included in the algorithm of examination of patients.
