Abstract
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are effective analgesic drugs among funds and among the antiinflammatory drugs used widely in clinical practice. It is important to emphasize that the main circle of consumers of NSAIDs in a population are patients with chronic disorders of the joints and vertebral column. However, the appointment of NSAIDs must be considered risk factors for side effects. Given the fact that the bulk of patients taking NSAIDs, these are the faces of elderly and senile age, which often arise adverse events to medications, including NSAIDs, need closer control in the appointment of this therapy, taking into account age peculiarities. This article will examine the most commonadverse events of these drugs, namely the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT): NSAIDs-gastroduodenal and enteropathy, as well as possible clinical management of patient to minimise risk of development of this pathology and the use of different therapeutic approaches.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current situation on the development of new vaccines against tuberculosis. The shortcomings of the traditional BCG vaccine are well known. The low efficacy and relatively high reactogenicity of this vaccine led to the abolition of BCG in some highly developed countries with low incidence. Most of the new vaccines developed contain ESAT-6 and CFP-10 antigen proteins, whose immunological properties are discussed in this paper.

Abstract
The purpose of the research is the identification of clinical and radiological forms of tuberculosis in patients with combined pathology of HIV infection and tuberculosis at the inpatient stage of treatment. The article presents the results of the analysis of the case histories and the X-ray archive of 93 patients with tuberculosis in the late stages of HIV infection. The method of random sampling was used. There were patients included in treatment from year2014 to 2017. Research methods: clinical, X-ray, laboratory, bacteriological, statistical. The following was established: patients in the late stages of HIV-infection of tuberculosis more often have bronchogenic character (81 patients; 87,1 %) that shows itself as a combination of roentgenologic symptoms with predominance of focuses emptied and filled cysts, hypoventilation, combined hypoventilation and infiltration of lungs parenchyma. Hematogeneous character of dissemination was established in five cases (5,4 %). Generalized forms of tuberculosis with failure of two or more organs from different systems were diagnosed in 54 patients (58,1 %). Among the generalized forms there is often a combined lesion of the bronchi, lymphatic system and pleura (47 patients; 87,0 %). It is concluded that at the diagnosing clinical and radiological form of tuberculosis it is necessary to take into account the features of X-ray image of pathomorphological processes caused by tubercular inflammation of the lobular bronchus, terminal bronchioles, arterioles, venules and parenchyma of the lobe of the lung.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to evaluate clinical and anthropometric parameters in outpatients of ^є^рє^Ь рюАіє, depending on the presence or absence of disorders of breathing during sleep according to Computer риIse oximetry. Methods. The study included 94 outpatients aged 30 to 70 years. Exclusion criteria: obstructive puImonary diseases, acute violation of cerebral circulation, chronic heart failure III and IV functional class, severe pathoIogy of ENT-organs, anemia. Patients were interviewed on the presence of clinical symptoms of disorders breathing during sleep, carried out laboratory examination, computed pulse oximetry (CPO). Results. CPO was held on 30 of 94 (32 %) outpatients. Chronic hypoxemia according to the manual CPO was identified in 20 (66.7 %) patients. Medium and high risk of nocturnal hypoxemia was registered in 16 (53.3 %) patients. Patients with hypoxemia were older, BMI and waist circumference were higher than in patients without hypoxemia. Factors which can have an effect with nocturnal hypoxemia were found to be high BMI (р = 0.04; r = 0.38), excess waist circumference (р = 0.002; r = 0.55) and neck circumference in male (р = 0.009, r = 0.46), high level of pulse BP (р = 0.003, r = 0.38) and systolic BP (р = 0.031, r = 0.38), the presence of coronary artery disease (CAD, р = 0.036; r = 0.40) and the metabolic syndrome (р = 0.003; r = 0.38), the erythrocytosis (р = 0.001; r = 0.62), high cholesterol (р = 0.026; r = 0.42) and NTрю-BNP level (р < 0.001; r = 0.67). Conclusion. The combination of overweight, metabolic disorders, CAD should cause suspicion among internists and general practitioners in relation to the presence of nocturnal hypoxemia with the purpose of further examination to identify disorders of breathing during sleep.
