Abstract
The problem of pain, rational pain relief, prevention of chronic pain syndrome and treatment of chronic pain syndromes in recent years has undergone an active rethinking in the scientific community. Recent advances in the understanding of maladaptive neuroplastic, myoplastic, chondroplastic and osteoplastic processes, leading to the formation of chronic musculoskeletal pain syndromes resistant to anti-inflammatory therapy, led to the creation of the term nociplastic pain. Understanding the prevailing maladaptive mechanisms of pain chronization in each individual patient allows to use of a comprehensive personalized treatment approach, justifying the expert choice of the safest and most economically viable methods of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

Abstract
Many modern authors pay increased attention to the diagnostics of pain syndrome in patients with cancer. The greatest interest herein is the development of pain in these patients, not as a result of mechanical compression of the nervous structures by the tumor, but due to its systemic, distant effect leading to the development of paraneoplastic polyneuropathy (PNP) or as a result of complications of antitumor therapy (drug-toxic PNP). The main mechanisms contributing to the persistence of neuropathic pain is a complex cascade of processes involving peripheral and central sensitization. The leading role in the development of central sensitization is attributed to the formation of a vicious circle in which the excitatory mechanisms prevail over the inhibitory descending mechanisms, and the decrease in inhibitory influences contributes to the development of spinal hyperexcitability. Recently, the key role of a26-subunits of potential-dependent calcium channels in maintaining central sensitization and reducing the effect of inhibitory descending pathways has also been studied in detail. Meanwhile, the proven neurotoxicity of chemotherapy and the evidence of the development of chemotherapy-induced PNP led to the publication of attempts to prescribe preventive analgesic therapy, using antioxidants, neurotrophic drugs, etc., which turned out, however, to be insufficiently effective. Despite compliance with the WHO algorithm, including the use of co-analgesics, therapy for neuropathic pain in patients with malignant tumors remains inadequate. This provides a basis for the search of new drugs that could improve the quality of life of cancer patients and enable them to receive life-saving antitumor therapy with fewer side effects. One of these drugs could be Pregabalin, which has an analgesic and anti-anxiety effect, well-established for the treatment of neuropathic pain caused by other conditions.

Abstract
Migraine is one of the most common neurological diseases. About 12 % of the population periodically experience migraine attacks. in this case about 50 % of patients with migraine are not satisfied with the results of the therapy. 40 % of patients do not return for a second visit to the doctor, and only 25 % adhere to the treatment during the year. This highlights the importance of creating a trustful dialogue between the patient and the doctor, analyzing the patient s views on the disease, strategies and expectations from therapy. The use of non-drug therapy, detection and monitoring of individual triggers of migraine are highly effective both independently and in combination with preventive pharmacotherapy.

Abstract
Chronic migraine is one of the most complicated forms of primary headache. Due to absence of persistent remission, the development of side effects of drug therapy management of patients with chronic migraine is severe. In this regard, as well as taking into account the available data on the pathogenesis and factors of chronic migraine, it is important to study the possibilities of non-pharmacological methods of treatment and rehabilitation of chronic migraine, including manual therapy.

Abstract
Somatoform disorders include chronic pain syndrome in the orofacial area-a syndrome of painful dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint. The key feature disease is pain. Absence of the pain in the orofacial area is criterion of recovery. In addition to algic phenomena, there are psychopathological phenomena. The one-sidedness of the medical approach, the ignoring of the psychopathological features of the disease manifestation and the concentration of therapeutic efforts exclusively on the corporal side of the patients suffering lead to unilateral therapeutic effects, and hence to the absence ofpathogenetically substantiated therapy.

Abstract
One of the important grounds for the use of short-term treatment methods Is to reduce material and temporary costs without reducing the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic impact, which allows using a personalized approach, reduce the duration of treatment of neurotic disorders, to ensure greater restoration of patient disabilities. The article considers the issue of the use of a short-term variant of analytical and catarrical therapy in the treatment of alarming neurotic disorders. During this study and analysis of the obtained data, predictors of success and the unsuccessfulness of analytical and catarrhastrapy were isolated on the basis of the severity of positive ducquer changes. The results of the study of clinical and individual-psychological characteristics of patients with anxious disorders in the process of psychotherapy are presented. The positive changes in the severs of neurotic symptoms, in the degree of tension of psychological protection, expansion of the spectrum of constructive copying mechanisms, positive strokes of self-esteem and improving the quality of interpersonal relations are revealed. Predictors of the success of the use of the psychotherapy model, are not highlighted, without reducing the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic effects.

Abstract
Professional successes of further specialist are determined by ability for self organization, mind flexibility, possibility to change the trajectories in dynamics of professional development, effective communication abilities in stress conditions etc, wh'ich is called (softskills). All these abilities in individual subject are based on the activity of brain functioning. The problem of cognitive development in modern society is mostly discussed in age groups of pre-school children, school children and aged persons. Unfortunately, much less attention is paid to the students, especially at the turning points of their learning and life. The aim of study was development and implementation of educational path of cognitive support Mind-fitness, the educational system based on master-classes, trainings and seminars, aimed on building of the conditions for cognitive development and soft skills formation during the interdisciplinary interaction of specialists in medicine, pedagogics and management. Materials and methods. We investigated a group of 4th year students of institute of economics and management of University of Pedagogics. Group consisted from 12 students. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were signing of informed consent and absence of educational debts. Control group included 12 students of same course, matched by same exclusion and inclusion criteria, who didn’t pass the above mentioned educational program. Investigation consisted of three steps. First step included neurologist examination, laboratory tests and presenting of special recommendations if necessary. Also tests for the anxiety, depression, asthenia, and tests for higher mental functions development were analyzed. All tests were performed in both main and control groups. Second step consisted of building up the individual path for studies and group-based studies conduction. Studies were aimed on development of cognitive functions, effective communications etc. In this period students prepared and defended the final diploma work. At the third step the repeated testing for anxiety, depression, asthenia was performed, results of final diploma work were analyzed. The data were analyzed by the statistical software package IBM SPSS21.0. Conclusions. Additional targeted classes for graduate courses baccalaureat students were prepared for training of higher mental functions and included group-based and individual training methods (full time and distant). These classes, aimed on the formation of divergence and creativity of thinking processes, have shown the beneficial influence both on the success of the final period of education and severity of astenia. Soft skills development in further professionals, with high degree of probability, will increase the abilities for successful work in any field specialists.

Abstract
The musculoskeletal system of the athlete is exposed to daily overloads and high risk of traumatization, the development of so-called «enthesopathies», one of which is plantar fasciitis. Modern aspects of sports rehabilitation involve the use of high-performance and fast-acting methods, preferably with a prolonged effect, as well as the possibility of their use for preventive purposes. One of these methods, well-established in orthopedic practice, is extracorporeal shock wave therap. Its effectiveness has been proven by a huge number of foreign randomized studies, which allows it to be included in the standards of treatment of foot pathologies, including plantar fasciitis and sports rehabilitation protocols.
