Abstract
Oral lichen planus is characterized by a severe, prolonged, recurrent course, torpidity to conventional therapy, especially its erosive-ulcerative and bullous forms. Despite the perfection of the methods of diagnosis and treatment of the disease, the number of patients with this keratosis tends to grow constantly, so the search for new drugs for the treatment of this pathology is important and justified. The article presents a case of complex treatment of bullous oral lichen planus with the inclusion of collagen biodegradable drugs in the local treatment regimen, which showed a good clinical result.

Abstract
Aim. Development of a personalized approach in the morphological evaluation of cranio- and gnathometric relationships by determining the relationship between the linear dimensions of dental arches to facial parameters for various gnathic and dental types. Materials and methods. The materials of the research were the results of measurements of the cephalometric parameters and diagnostic gypsum models of the dentition series of 197 people of the first period of adulthood with a complete set of permanent teeth, physiological occlusion and various gnathic and dental types of the face and dental arches. To determine the dental type of face (normodontia, macrodontia, microdontia), the diagonal dimensions of the facial head were evaluated between the cephalometric points t (tragion) and sn (subnasale). When establishing the gnathic type of face (mesognathy, dolichognathy, brachygnathy), the gnathic index was calculated, calculated as the percentage of diagonal and transversal dimensions of the facial part of the head. Transversal dimensions represented the width of the face between the goat-bearing landmarks t-t. Gnathic variants (mesognathy, dolichognathy, brachygnathy) of dental arches (Dmitrienko S.V., 2015) were determined taking into account the dental index calculated as the ratio of the halfsum of the width of the crowns of 14 teeth to the width of the dental arch between the second molars. The types of the dental system (normodontia, macrodontia, microdontia) were determined from the results of summation of the width of the crowns of the upper teeth. Results. A personalized approach has been developed in the morphological evaluation of cranio- and gnathometric relationships, based on the determination of the relationship (interdependence) of the linear dimensions of dental arches to face parameters for various gnathic and density types. The basis of the personalized approach is morphological, clinical research and empirical generalizations, which are the result of mathematical calculations and inductive reasoning. Conclusion. Empirically established correspondence between gnathic, dental types of dental arches and the same type of face in people with a full set of permanent teeth and physiological occlusion is a highly informative, diagnostically significant position. This concept can be used in the diagnosis of anomalies of occlusion due to the mismatch of face size with the parameters of dental arches, in the orthopedic dentistry clinic to select the sizes of artificial teeth in the treatment of patients with multiple (full) adentia, as well as in choosing treatment methods with removal or without the removal of individual teeth according to orthodontic indications, in order to achieve an optimal functional and aesthetic result.

Abstract
Secondary caries is an important problem in dentistry. Due to the shrinkage of composite materials, a microcrack is formed between the filling material and the tooth tissues, microorganisms enter and cause the demineralization and development of secondary caries. The composite material complemented by antibacterial additive can significantly reduce the amount of bacteria on the surface of the filling material, thereby reducing the risk of secondary caries.

Abstract
Dentist often acts as the first doctor who can suspect hypertension in the patient. It is no accident that of all the somatic complications in outpatient dental practice, an increase in blood pressure requiring the intervention of a resuscitator takes the first place in prevalence, amounting to 22.2 %. The recommendations developed by us and applied in practice reduced by more than 6 times the cases of the need for urgent care to patients at the reception of a dentist about fluctuations in blood pressure. The results of the study allow us to recommend the tactics of patient management throughout the country in order to reduce the occurrence of emergency conditions in the dentist's chair about clinically significant fluctuations in blood pressure in the patient.

Abstract
The work is performed on surgical material. Histological examination of tooth sections was carried out in 78 patients with caries. The teeth were fixed in a 10 % buffered formalin solution, then decalcified with trichloroacetic acid. After completion of decalcification, the teeth were washed in 96 % alcohol for 3-4 days, then poured into paraffin. From the paraffin blocks, sections were prepared that were stained with hematoxylin according to Van Gison, toluidine blue, according to Mallory, the Schick reaction. The surgical material is divided into 3 groups: I group (comparison group) comprised 26 teeth removed for caries without hypothyroidism; Group II consisted of 26 teeth removed from caries in patients with hypothyroidism; Group III consisted of 26 teeth removed for caries in patients with hypothyroidism and complex treatment with antioxidants. In caries, disintegration of the inter-pristine material, softening of the enamel, remineralization of the dentin, development of the inflammatory process and dystrophic changes, necrobiosis and necrosis of the tissues, expansion and deformation of the tubular lumen, development of reactive changes in the tooth pulp are observed. With a carious lesion of teeth against the background of hypothyroidism, the softening focus is more common and captures many prisms, the softening site is larger, small secondary softening points are determined. The processes of connective tissue disorganization are more pronounced. Inflammatory infiltration is more intense. With the use of antioxidants the foci of carious lesions are smaller in size, the surface, organic matrix is not damaged, the enamel-dentine border is partially damaged. Inflammatory process is weakly expressed. The best effect was obtained with mexidol.

Abstract
The prevalence of bruxism has great variability from 6 to 91 %. Clinical manifestations of bruxism are diverse, they depend on the degree of disease severity, but the defining sign of bruxism are unconscious lateral movements of the lower jaw with strongly compressed teeth, which are accompanied by a characteristic grinding sound. Selection of treatment method is associated with certain complexities that are due to bruxism polyetiology and variety of its manifestations, including increased muscular activity. The purpose of treating masticatory muscles hypertension is relaxation and elimination of muscle pain. The aim of this study is evaluation of the effectiveness of botulinum toxin type A (neuroprotein) Relatox in the symptomatic treatment of bruxism under the control of surface electromyography. Analysis of treatment effectiveness showed that conducted research had demonstrated a positive effect of therapy with botulinum toxin type A (neuroprotein) Relatox on the electromyographic characteristics that reflect the functional state of masticatory muscles. The change in the grinding facets areas due to the analysis of BruxChecker after injections in the direction of decrease indicates a decrease in muscular activity at night in patients with bruxism.
