Abstract
The disease is Langerhans cell histiocytosis from the group characterized by proliferation of macrophage phagocytic system cells in the skin, bone, bone marrow, liver, spleen, lungs, lymph nodes. In this connection, multiple lesions of various organs and systems, with the manifestations of intoxication syndrome are possible. Diverse symptoms make it significantly difficult to diagnose the disease. This demonstrates the analysis of two case histories of patients who are seen in the hematology department of Rostov state medical university clinic. Histological and immunohistochemical studies take the leading role in the diagnosis of diseases. These examples from polymorphic picture of the disease will enable clinicians to improve the diagnosis of histiocytosis of Langerhans cells in the early stages.

Abstract
Female type of hair loss or female androgenic alopecia is the main cause of hair loss in adult women. It has a significant impact on the quality of life of these patients. It is a non-scarified alopecia with a multifactorial etiology, affecting in most cases postmenopausal women and is characterized by a gradual miniaturization of the follicles, leading to the subsequent increase in the amount of hair. Despite the high frequency of the disease and the importance of its psychological impact, the pathogenesis of this process has not yet been fully understood, since it includes both genetic and hormonal, and environmental factors. In addition, patients’ response to treatment is quite variable. The goal of the treatment is to reduce hair loss and stimulate growth of new hair. Currently, there are many therapies, however, the question remains open, which of them is the most effective. Early start of therapy and combining different treatments give the best result.

Abstract
The specialists of EMERCOM of Russia in the age from 21 to 45 years (200 firefighters), the nature of which is characterized by high psycho-emotional stress were investigated. The decrease in mineral bone density (BMD) in different regions of the skeleton was uneven, mainly observed in the lumbar spine and proximal femur; to a lesser extent, in the region of the forearm. The dependence of the changes of laboratory parameters of the speed and direction of metabolic processes in the bone tissue of the examined patients was shown. Reduced BMD is accompanied by a high level of marker of bone resorption Dpyr/Cr and the remodeling by osteocalcin. The increase in a marker of bone resorption Dpyr/Cr was associated with decreased BMD of the skeleton and pathology of hard tissues of teeth. It is shown that specific bone biomarkers complement existing technologies determination of the mineral density of bone tissue and at an early stage of the survey give information about the phases of bone remodeling. Osteoporosis was modeled by the introduction of serotonin to experimental animals. The possibility of correction of osteoporosis the introduction of products of vitamin D was shown.

Abstract
In the blood serum of 65 pregnant women a low level of vitamin D in obesity was revealed. The most significant decrease was observed in the android type of grade 3 obesity in a winter season. Reduction of D hormone bioavailability with an increase in fat depot promotes the development of insulin resistance, gestational diabetes and the formation of significant complications for mother and fetus as a result of failure of the compensatory capacity of the organism. Determination of vitamin D in the blood serum of pregnant women with obesity is important for predicting complications of mother and fetus.

Abstract
The data about treatment resistant paranoid schizophrenia patients getting electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) together with antipsychotic agents and about the patients receiving combined antipsychotics treatment only is observed in the article. The side effects spectrum is analyzed with the help of UKU standardized scale. Patients getting combined ECT and antipsychotics treatment have less intensity and greater reduction of some specific side effects groups during the course of antipsychotic treatment.
