Abstract
Nowadays the orthodontics is one of the most important directions of stomatology on the way in achievement of esthetically satisfying qualities and the correct functionality in maxillofacial area. This specialty possesses a wide arsenal of tools for obtaining necessary results, beginning from preventive simplest devices, finishing with the most difficult breket-systems with use of absolute Anchorage. In diagnostics the new hi-tech diagnostic technique of the cone-beam computer tomography was added. With her help the percent of a successful result of treatment in clinical situations which were represented hopeless earlier increases. Any intervention, especially can’t reckon as adequate without detailed monitoring with installation of implants

Abstract
The development of effective and safe methods and materials for increasing the volume of soft tissues is an important part of modern experimental implantology and periodontics. Soft tissue repair has long been a field of fundamental and clinical research. The widespread introduction of materials for the restoration of soft tissue volume in surgical dentistiy is primarily due to their aesthetic demand.Currentty, a lot of scaffolds from various biological and synthetic materials are proposed. Collagen materials occupy an important place among them. Collagen is the main glycoproteins of connective tissues. They make up 25 % of all proteins in the human body and provide resistance to stretching. To date, 27 types of collagen have been established. Type I and type III collagen are included in the group of fibrillating collagen and are part of the bone, skin, ligaments and vessels. The extracellular collagen matrix is an extracellular framework and surrounds cells in almost all tissues. Biomaterial is obtained by chemical and biological treatment of tissues of xenogenic origin. It consists of fibrillar proteins (mainly type I collagen and elastin) that provide elastic and durable spatial architectonics. Contains in its composition of biologically active molecules, glycoproteins (fibronectin and laminin), glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate A), proteoglycans (decorin and heparan-sulfate).

Abstract
There were examined patients with initial diagnosis of lymphoma in long-term period of 6 months after the receiving of cytostatic therapy for the purpose of parodontal status evaluation. Performed dental studies bring out the fact, that professional oral hygiene favours the development of resistance of parodentium tissues for the adverse effect of polychemotherapy. It manifests itself in considerable reduce of clinical presentations of the inflammatory diseases and in activation of the compensatory adaptive reaction in the system of cytokine cascade in tissues of parodontal complex.

Abstract
Particular difficulty in the complex treatment of partial absence of teeth is its combination with periodontal pathology. The use of Doritricin immobilized on a polysorb gives a persistent clinical effect that persists throughout the year. In patients using clasp prostheses with cermet teeth, chewing efficiency after two years of observation did not change in the direction of decrease.

Abstract
The contamination and adhesion of microorganisms on the surface of the restoration and periodontal tissues often occurs as the starting factor that provides the development of primary and secondary caries, as well as inflammatory periodontal diseases. The results of the study indicate that 78 % of patients with chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis have an easy degree of seeding by conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (Klebsiella oxytoca, Streptococcus pyogenes - 3 ± 0,3 cfu/ ml) of restoration surfaces of the V = class according to Black, treated with polishing systems OptilStep™ Kerr и Kenda КОМО. The final treatment of the surface of the restorations with these types of polishing systems provides a minimum amount of time for finishing, as well as the ideal shape and relief of the restoration surface with the effect of “dry gloss”.

Abstract
This article focuses on issues related to bone tissue diagnostics in children with type I diabetes (different length of disease history). The results of densitometry with automatic calculation of the 1-criterion, allowed evaluating the bone tissue mineral density in the lumbar spine. The quantitative and qualitative specifics of the jaw bone tissue were based on orthopantomography and cone-beam computed tomography. The mineral and bone metabolism status was studied based on the laboratory-test data (total calcium, ionized calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, calcitonin, osteocalcin, parathyroid hormone, 25OH vitamin D, ß-CrossLaps). The earlier stages of the disease were found to feature an increase in the bone tissue remodeling rate along with escalating bone formation intensity. The children with a long history of type 1 diabetes revealed slower bone remodeling with bone resorption dominating over bone formation, as well as a significant decrease in the mineral density with the bone tissue structure demonstrating the dominance of the criteria like within the expected age norm and low mineral density with respect to the average age norm.

Abstract
In recent years, the daily practice of dentists confidently included biodegradable membranes. In the absolute majority is collagen (usually from pork) membrane. But what if there is an individual intolerance to collagen (pork). The solution is the use of composite membranes composed of fibroin, polylactide and (or) collagen type I (bovine). The aim of this study was to confirm the efficacy and safety of barrier composite bioresorbable membranes in the most common clinical cases of Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR) and Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR).

Abstract
The hygienic status is of particular importance when working with light-cured composite materials. When poor oral hygiene often occurs edge staining on the border of enamel and restoration. In order to improve the quality and durability of restorations, sealants have been proposed for coating composite fillings. The study and development of indications for re-sealing the surface of composite fillings, their multiplicity, depending on the hygienic condition of the oral cavity, are extremely relevant. The article describes the monitoring of the hygienic condition of the oral cavity after photocomposite restorations and the rationale for the frequency of sealing, depending on the performance of the hygienic index.

Abstract
Until now, it was believed that non-carious cervical lesions (NCPP) of teeth usually appear either due to abrasion under the influence of a toothbrush and toothpaste (tooth powder), or due to acid erosion. Over the past two decades, a very large number of new studies have been conducted in which such lesions have been studied. The most important studies are analyzed and integrated into a practical approach to understanding and correctly identifying such lesions. Abfraction, which is a microstructural loss of tooth substance in stress concentration zones, should no longer designate all NCPPs, since these lesions are, as a rule, polyfactorial in origin. The correct name of a specific NCPP depends on the interaction of a specific combination of three main mechanisms: stress, friction and biocorrosion, which are unique for a given individual case. Modifying factors are also considered, for example, saliva, movements of the tongue, tooth shape, its composition, microstructure, mobility, positional protrusion.

Abstract
For performing various dental procedures on the posterior mandible, the clinician should pay attention to the relationship between the root apices of mandibular teeth and the mandibular canal. Using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanning in measuring this distance allows preparing an accurate treatment plan and minimizing the development of complications. In our study, we analyzed CBCT images of patients in three age groups: young, middle and elderly. The mandibular third molar had the minimal proximity to the mandibular canal, and this should be considered when preparing a treatment plan for dental intervention.

Abstract
This article has studied the problem of integration of replated teeth. Based on clinical and additional research methods, data on fibroosteointegration and osseointegration of replanted teeth were obtained. Purpose. To study the possibility of regeneration of the periodontium in the area of the root of the tooth containing the granuloma. Materials and methods. Patient M., 40 years old, came to the dental clinic with complaints of pain when biting on a tooth in the lower jaw on the left. Objectively: the tooth 3.6 was previously treated with the resorcin-formalin method, the gum from the vestibular side is swollen and hyperemic, there is a fistula. Palpation revealed mobility of 1 degree. On the targeted intraoral X-ray image, there is an expansion of the periodontal gap of the tooth 3.6 throughout. Channels of the medial root are not sealed, distal channels are not sealed to the apex. Tooth 3.6 has inter-root resorption in the area of bifurcation. The patient was asked to replant the tooth 3.6. Conclusion. In the bifurcation of the tooth 3.6, after 1 month, an osteoplastic material was observed on the roentgenogram, which after 1 year was completely resorbed. In bifurcation 3.6, neither fibrointegration nor osteointegration occurred, whereas the rest of the root part of the tooth 3.6 shows the presence of a periodontal slit of normal width, which indicates fibrointegration.
