Abstract
Several dental procedures address implant placement in partially or totally edentulous patients. Oral surgeons are often faced with a deficit of bone in the alveolar crest before implant placement. The main disadvantage of autoblocs applying is causing traumatic effects. To make the technique more patient friendly is very vital for elderly and those having somatic diseases patients. In this paper, the authors propose using a new method of guided bone regeneration, based on the application materials and allogenic heterologous origin in the reduction of defects of the alveolar ridge of the jaw bone.

Abstract
Oroantral fistula closure using trapezoidal vestibular muco-periosteal flap entails the development of soft tissue scarring deformations in the vestibule of the mouth, reducing the depth of the transition folds and volume of attached gingiva. Oroantral fistula closure using the flap from the hard palate avoids the development of the above complications, but in the presence of the hard palate open wound causes marked pain symptoms. We have proposed a method of oroantral fistula closure, including shearing the tongue-shaped flap with the base in the anterior part of the hard palate, thereby reducing patient discomfort during the postoperative period.

Abstract
Since skeletal correction is too difficult to achieve in the treatment of distal malocclusions, tooth movements gain actuality. The aim of our study was to advance the impact of functional appliances on the incisor movement. The study was carried out with 19 distal malocclusion patients (11 girls and 8 boys) which were treated by the twin block. The results of this study have shown that the twin block causes retrusion of upper incisors and protrusion of lower incisors. The rotrusion of mandibular incisors is more marked than maxillary incisor retrusion.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the use of methods of treatment using glossalgia using injection techniques homeopathic remedy Pulsatilla compositum and traditional methods of treatment. The attention is focused on the method of treatment glossalgia, by injection, which includes homeopathic medicine Pulsatilla compositum in the projection of the lingual nerve. it has been established that their application leads to the removal of pain, has a sedative and anti-inflammatory effect, provides a reduction of terms of treatment glossalgia. A positive result was already on the 5th visit. Pain and inflammation phenomena of the mucous membrane of the language have been removed on the 3rd visit, the application of traditional methods of treatment of a positive result was achieved on the 10th visit. The totality of the combination of traditional circuit glossalgia treatment with a homeopathic remedy Pulsatilla compositum provides a high therapeutic effect of the developed method of complex therapy glossalgia. The combined effect of homeopathic medicine and traditional regimen glossalgia accelerates patient recovery process and prolong periods of remission for 12 months. Our data allow to implement this regimen in the therapeutic dentistry clinic for medical treatment glossalgia.

Abstract
IN CLINICAL PRACTICE THE USE OF NEEDLE FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS IS STILL THE METHOD OF CHOICE ESPECIALLY IN CASES OF HIGH MANDIBLE CONDYLAR PROCESS FRACTURES. THIS IS DUE TO THE LESS TRAUMATIC SURGICAL APPROACH AS WELL AS ABSENCE OF NECESSITY FOR THE BRANCH OSTEOTOMY OR THE CONDYLAR PROCESS HEAD DISARTICULATION. THE CARRIED OUT STUDY REVEALED A NECESSITY FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF INTRAMEDULLARY ROD FIXATION TECHNIQUE OF THE MANDIBLE CONDYLE WITH THE CREATION OF A FUNCTIONALLY STABLE ROD CLAMP AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF IMPROVED AND NONINVASIVE SURGICAL METHOD.

Abstract
Purpose. Determination of the relationship between the development of symptoms of depression, frequency of detection of pathogenic bacteria of periodontal and the spectrum of cytokines that play a probable role in the pathogenesis of gingivitis in students of a medical university in terms of academic stress. Maferials and mefhods. The have been conducted psychological testing, clinical dental and laboratory survey in 71 students of a medical university (41 women, 30 men) aged from 19 to 22 years. Depression detection was carried out by using the scale of A. Beck, as well as detection of reactive and personal anxiety by using the scale of C. Spielberger - Yu. Khanin. For the assessment of periodontal we used traditional hygiene and periodontal index (OHI-s, PHP, PMA). Identifying marker DNA of pathogenic bacteria of periodontal was performed using polymerase chain reaction with the test set ‘Multident-5’ produced by Genlab Co. (Russia). Cytokines levels in saliva were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbant assay. For the detection of IL-1β, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-γ, TNF-α we used sets produced by Vector-Best Co. (Russia), and for the detection of cytokine TGF-β by Biosource Co. (Canada). Resulfs. It is established that the development of depression and gingivitis is accompanied by changes in cytokine status, the main pathogenetic importance of IL-1β, TGF-β and the sub importance of IL-12 and TNF-α. In the process cytokines IL-1β and TNF-α are associated with severity of gingivitis. A correlation for cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α and TGF-β with parodonto-pathogenic types of the first order A. acfinomycefemcomifans and T. forsyfhia was determined.

Abstract
This paper describes a method of constructing a geometrically-projected graphic form and dental arch based on the individual, relatively stable parameters of the maxillofacial region. The obtained results allow to claim that the individualization of parameters of the maxillofacial region based on the use of clinical and morphometric methods of research, with reasonable choice of tactics and principles of orthodontic treatment for optimal functional occlusion, the normalization of occlusal relationships and the restoration of morphological, functional and aesthetic parameters of the dentition.

Abstract
The oral cavity is a convenient ecological safe heaven for the opportunistic pathogens, allowing the microorganisms such as Staphylococcus and Candida, to create a biofilm and to develop the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance. His contribution to the pathogenetic process of making viruses, but the role of these bacterial and viral communities remains unclear. In our work we determined the bacterial and viral landscape in periodontal tissues from 82 patients with parodontitis and periodontitis, in a comparison group of 21 people. The bacterial inoculation was performed by classical methods of microbiological research in the Colombian blood agar. Antibiotic resistance genes VIM, NDM, OXA-48, KPC, CTX-M, MecA, TEM, etc. were detected by real-time PCR. Herpes viruses were determined by qualitative PCR. Pathogenic bacteria of the oral cavity Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Porphyromonas endodontalis, Treponema denticola, Tannerella forsythia, Prevotella intermedia, Fusobacterium nucleatum were determined b quantitative PCR. The study of the viral landscape of the content of the parodontum revealed the virus Epstein-Barr with the highest cumulative frequency in the groups with periodontal disease higher than 25 %. Epstein-Barr virus was detected in cultures of Streptococcus pyogenes, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus warneri, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mitis. The genes of antibiotic resistance were detected with low frequency to cephalosporins and carbapenems in the group with generalized periodontitis:MecA - 11,4 %o, NDM - 6,9 %. In the group with chronic periodontitis: MecA - 10,5 %, NDM - 2,6 %, VIM - 2,6 %, OXA-48-2,6 %. Comparison of the data on bacterial and viral load showed a correlation between Epstein-Barr virus with Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans in the pathogenesis of periodontal diseases.

Abstract
The main point of providing dental services is the transparency of their value for the consumer. Public institutions support patients with paid services as well as H'i-services, they provide not only high-tech ones, but even those who are paid by the insurance pole. This confuses the patients in understanding the difference between dental services in the public and private clinics. The aim of the study was to analyze the features of the dental services support in medical institutions with various forms of the ownership. The research has shown that the traditional classical model of public health in recent years has complemented the development of economically viable private healthcare. The institutionalization of private sector health care-is a necessary but not sufficient condition for a culture of consumption as a set of dental care services.
