Abstract
The article is about the results of our research of the comoibidity of GERD and obesity. Patients with GERD was performed daily pH-impedancemetry of upper gastrointestinal tract, fibrogastroscopy, anthropometric survey, impedancemetry of body. Body mass index and the percentage of body fat had no significant correlation with functional disturbances in the gastroesophageal area, in contrast to the waist circumference and against the waist circumference / hips circumference. With an increase in waist circumference and waist circumference / hips circumference noted a significant increase in the time of bolus in the esophagus due to the presence of weakly acidic and alkaline bolus, but not acidic.

Abstract
A brief review of the literature on the problem of diverticular disease of the large intestine and the triad of Seinth (own observation) is presented. Triad Sainta refers to rare variants of diverticulosis of the large intestine. It is a combination of a hernia of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm, cholelithiasis and diverticulosis of the large intestine. It is registered in 3.2 % of cases. Probable mechanisms of its formation are analyzed. A patient of M., 79 years old, with a comorbid pathology of internal organs was observed. There is a small-symptom course. It has been suggested that the Saint's triad is predominantly formed in the elderly, but it is rarely diagnosed because of the objective difficulties in examining such patients.

Abstract
Non-alcoholic fatty disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common diseases in hepatology, which is caused by a high risk of its progression with the development of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. In spite of the fact that the specific therapy of NAFLD is not currently developed, it should be combined and aimed at correcting all the links involved in the pathological process. The main goal is to prevent the progression of the disease: reducing the severity of steatosis, preventing the progression of the disease in steatohepatitis, fibrosis and cirrhosis, as well as reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications.
