Стратегия заместительной почечной терапии у пациентов с острым почечным повреждением в неотложной медицине

Аннотация

Острое почечное повреждение у пациентов в критическом состоянии резко утяжеляет прогноз заболевания, сопровождается значительной летальностью и неблагоприятными отдаленными исходами. В обзоре представлены современные рекомендации по использованию методов заместительной почечной терапии.
