Поддерживающая терапия акне: профилактическая эффективность фиксированной комбинации адапалена и бензоила пероксида

Аннотация
Акне является хроническим заболеванием, и даже надежные методы терапии полностью не обеспечивают отсутствие рецидивов. Рецидивы акне оказывают негативное психологическое воздействие на пациентов, так как они чувствуют себя неспособными контролировать болезнь и добиться полного и стойкого выздоровления. Поддерживающая терапия необходима для пролонгации ремиссии акне, достигнутой при первоначальном успешном лечении, и минимизации риска рецидива. Наиболее обоснованным в качестве поддерживающей терапии, по данным литературы, является использование топических ретиноидов, которые показали эффективность в отношении профилактики обострений акне. В настоящем исследовании участвовали 54 пациента, которые после активной терапии в качестве поддерживающего лечения использовали фиксированную комбинацию адапалена 0,1% и БПО 2,5%. Только у 1 (2,9%) пациента с акне средней степени тяжести и у 2 (5,8%) пациентов с акне тяжелой степени наблюдался рецидив в течение 6 месяцев поддерживающей терапии. Зафиксировано отсутствие нежелательных явлений в процессе лечения, а также высокая приверженность пациентов к лечению. В период активного наблюдения (6 месяцев после поддерживающей терапии) из числа пациентов без обострения в период поддерживающей терапии рецидив наступил у 2 (7,1%) пациентов первой группы (n = 28) и 2 (8,7%) пациентов – второй (n = 23). Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что поддерживающая терапия гелем Эффезел® может продлить достигнутую эффективность лечения и предупредить развитие рецидива.
