Диагностика заболеваний грудной аорты. Часть 2. Возможности методов визуализации острых аортальных синдромов и травматических повреждений аорты

Аннотация

В обзорной статье рассматриваются вопросы диагностики острых аортальных синдромов, а также травматических повреждений аорты. В каждом отдельном случае рассматривается этиология и патогенез заболевания, возможности эхокардиографии (как трансторакальной, так и чреспищеводной), как средства первичной неинвазивной диагностики, а также возможности других визуализирующих методик (компьютерная, магнитно-резонасная томография).
