Results of IVF-programs with donor ’s oocytes for patients with ultrasonic features of ‘thin’ endometrium

Abstract

Research objective was to analyze clinical outcomes of IVF-DO program with transference of native embryos for patients with different degree of endometrium developmental lagging registered at the 8th day of estradiol compound preparation usage and at the day of the progesterone application beginning. Material and methods. The analysis of pregnancy occurrence rate at embryos transference (POR at ET) and the rate of early reproductive losses in realization of 130 IVF-DO cycles for patients with different endometrium thickness defined at the 8th day and at the day of ovulation trigger introduction to oocytes donor woman is made. Results. Reliable abrupt decrease of POR at ET and increase of early reproductive losses for patients with extremely marked endometrium maturation lagging at the 8th day of endometrium oestrogen preparation usage and by the moment of its prolifertative phase ending is defined. At the same time it was shown that for patients with thin endometrium the moderate lagging of its thickness from minimal normative value in the middle and in the end of prolifertative phase does not have reliable negative influence on IVF-DO program clinical outcomes. Conclusion. The data received indicates that for patients with thin endometrium the deterioration of treatment results in IVF-OD program is registered only in the cases of extremely endometrium hypoplasia defined by US data in the middle and in the end of prolifertative phase. It is also defined that intensive oestrogen support for women with extremely endometrim hypoplasia does not provide the normalization of its growth and IVF clinical outcomes improving.
