Abstract
The choice of material for the manufacture of prostheses in patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases is of particular relevance. When using plates from cobalt-chromium alloy with electroplating destructive changes in the tissues are less pronounced. In response to damage, aseptic serous inflammation develops. Granulation tissue is formed in the wound, healing occurs by primary tension and in a shorter time. The results of the study allow to predict that the use of electroplating will significantly improve the clinical efficiency of the use of clasp prostheses in patients with periodontal disease, as the gold-containing coating has the properties of bioinert, has a clinical and biological advantage in predicting the long-term results of orthopedic treatment.

Abstract
A high percentage of patients with a diagnosis of partial absence of teeth often have a deficiency in the bone tissue of the alveolar ridge, which, in turn, makes it difficult, and in some cases makes it impossible, to impose dental implants. At the moment there are a number of materials involved in the restoration of bone tissue. These include osteoinductive, osteoconductive and indifferent materials. The authors note that osteoconductive materials are the most effective of these groups for bone tissue repair. A prominent representative is the drug Collapan-L. Purpose. To determine the features of the clinical use of the drug Collapan-L during dental implantation. Materials and methods. Patient P., 49 years old, complained of partial absence of teeth in the upper jaw. After examining the computed tomographic images, it was decided to perform a closed sinus lift operation with the use of osteoplastic material Collapan-L. Conclusion. In the course of our research, it was found that the effect of Collapan-L on the defects of bone structures allows to reduce the postoperative effects, such as pain, swelling, allows for quick and high-quality regeneration of bone tissue.

Abstract
In the complex treatment of chronic periodontitis, it is important to protect the periodontal tissues after surgical treatment. The aim of the work was to study the effectiveness of the use of gingival adhesive balm in the complex treatment of chronic localized periodontitis. To this end, in the 1st (17 people) group of patients a complex of therapeutic measures consisted in carrying out professional controlled oral hygiene, treating dental caries, and also replacing or restoring defective fillings or denture structures, as the elimination of a predisposing factor to the development and progression of localized periodontitis. Two criterion was used with the Mantel-Hansel correction for plausibility х2. After this, surgical treatment was performed (curettage). In the 2nd (35 people) group, similar dental measures were carried out, the surgical stage of which ended with the application of a protective coating on the surgical field in the form of an adhesive gum balm (VERTEX Co., Russia). The effectiveness of treatment was assessed using the OHI-S hygiene index, a Schiller-Pisarev test, determination of the gum capillary resistance by calculating the peripheral blood circulation index, as well as satisfaction and compliance. For statistical comparison of fractions with an assessment of the significance of differences, the Pearson's. On the basis of semi-quantitative research methods, it is shown that when using this tool after completing the surgical stage of treatment (curettage) against the background of good individual oral hygiene and the absence of inflammatory changes in the gingiva, hemomicrocirculation indexes improve, which is confirmed by the vacuum sample and peripheral blood circulation index values in periodontal tissues. The indicators of patient satisfaction with treatment and compliance are presented.

Abstract
Systemic scleroderma is a multisystem autoimmune disorder characterized by widespread fibrosis, vascular alterations and inflammation. Systemic scleroderma mainly affects people in age from 30 to 50 years, but the onset of disease can occur in any age. Oral hygiene details in these patients are still poorly known, that is why more researches should be made to improve dental prevention measures. In the study, the hygienic status of 80 patients with systemic scleroderma was determined. The level of hygiene was determined using the Green Vermilion Index (OHI-S). The assessment was carried out before the individual oral hygiene correction and a week after. Results: in group 1 (patients from 30 to 44 years) before the individual hygiene correction, the average value of the index was 3.31, after correction (after 7 days) - 2.32, in the 2nd group (patients from 45 to 65 years) - 5.6, after training - 3.56. Correction of the hygienic status of these patients leads to a dental health improvemant, therefore great attention should be paid to oral hygiene.

Abstract
Aim. Determining the relationship between the main parameters of the dental arches of the upper and lower jaw in people with physiological occlusion of permanent teeth. Materials and methods. The research materials were the results of biometric measurements of plaster models of dentition of 119 people of the first period of adulthood with a full set of permanent teeth, physiological occlusion, and various gnathic and dental types of dental arches. The gnathic variants (mesognathy, dolichognathy, brachygnathy) of the dental arches were determined taking into account the dental index calculated as the ratio of the half of the sum of the 14-tooth crowns to the width of the dental arch between the second molars. Types of the dental system (normodontia, macrodontia, microdontia) were determined by the results of the summation of the width of the crowns of the upper teeth. Results. According to the results of biometric studies, it was established that regardless of the gnathic and dental type of dental arches, the ratio of the sum of the mesial-distal sizes of 14 teeth of the upper jaw to the same parameters of the lower jaw averaged 1.065 ± 0.005. The ratio of the sum of the width of the crowns of 7 teeth of each half of the dental arch to the size of the frontal-distal diagonal was 1.065 ± 0.005 both on the upper and on the lower dental arch. The ratio of the diagonal dimensions of the upper dental arch to the same size of the lower arch was also 1.065 ± 0.01 for all types of dental arches. Conclusion. The obtained ratios, as highly informative, diagnostically significant indicators, can be used to determine the compliance of the main dimensions of the dental arches of the upper and lower jaws, to characterize the physiological occlusion, to select the size of artificial teeth in people with complete adentia, to predict the shape and size of dental arches when treatment of patients with occlusion anomalies in order to achieve an optimal functional and aesthetic result.

Abstract
The morphometric parameters of the mandible dentoalveolar arches depth depending on the craniotype were investigated. The work was performed on 185 preparations of skull of people of both sexes of mature age. It is established that the indicators of the maxillary dental arches width and depth have certain limits of the minimum and maximum variation. At the same time, their average statistical values can be larger the value of the minimum variation, and significantly lesser the value of the maximum variation.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine the optimal physico-chemical conditions and factors for the long-term perspective of zirconia-based restorations. Materials and methods Information was searched in English without time limits in the PubMed electronic database, a Google search and literature lists of relevant studies and reviews. Full-text articles from 2003 to 2018 were selected, in which studies of frameworks made of zirconium dioxide, a protocol for changing firing temperatures, and a description of the structure are described. Results. Totally 79 articles were identified. After the selection of articles on the inclusion criteria and removal of duplicate articles, the total number was 5. The review of the literature included studies of 3 types of zirconium: 3Y-TZP, ATZ, 12Ce-TZP. In a number of studies, the authors studied experimentally the influence of the oral environment on the long-term functioning of zirconium, and a number of authors conducted a study on the effect of heating and cooling gradients, as well as mechanical processing of zirconium frameworks. Conclusion. This literature review has shown the optimal physicochemical conditions and factors for the long-term prospects for restorations with a zirconia-based framework, starting from its composition, technical and laboratory stages, and pumping over the oral cavity factors. The combination of these factors can reduce the effect of the transition of zirconium dioxide from the tetragonal to the monoclinic phase, as well as reduce the stress outcomes resulting from the processing of zirconia frameworks and their facing layer.

Abstract
Impaired functioning of various body systems have a significant effect on the morphofunctional state of the oral organs and, in particular, the periodontal complex. This effect is primarily due to significant metabolic disorders, systemic or local hemodynamic disorders, changes in the neurohumoral regulation of the immunological status. Among the diseases that have a direct impact on the state of periodontal disease, the leading position is occupied by lesions of the digestive system. In patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis and chronic cholecystitis, a high susceptibility of the teeth, periodontal and oral mucosa was detected. The dependence of the growth of pathological processes in the periodontium on the age of patients with various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. According to a survey of patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, 96 % needed treatment for dental and periodontal diseases, 51.1 % of removable and 62.8 % of bridges were considered unfit for use, 77.6-85.3 % of patients needed orthopedic dental care, of which 35.6 % had no dentures. In the study of proliferative processes of the oral mucosa of persons using removable prostheses in the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, the prevalence of the average index of labeled nuclei, the label index, mitotic index and pathological mitoses in women was established, which indicates a more intensive regeneration process in them, in comparison with men, and is connected, apparently, with the sexual demorphism of the studied tissues.

Abstract
According to the pre-made patterns of 3D-design and prototyping patterns during the experiment, defects of the lateral portion of the ram's lower jaw were created using the piezosurgical technique. The defects were replaced by plastic implants obtained by the method of layer-by-layer melting of FDM-printing (fusing deposition modeling, FDM) and fixing titanium screws to the jaw body. In the time interval, plastic implants are replaced by titanium ones, obtained using SLS technology -selective laser sintering using a 3D-printer. In order to study the processes of reparative osteogenesis, microsamples of tissues of the periimplantation zone were analyzed. As a result, signs of osteo- and fibro-osseointegration were identified. The data obtained are regarded as a prerequisite for further clinical trials of the developed protocols for the sequential replacement of defects of the jaws using 3D-printing.
