Abstract
The aim of the study is to evaluate effectiveness of the OC containing drospirenone for PMS and PMDD treatment. Materials and methods. 78 women of reproductive period underwent a complex examination and PMS and PMDD treatment with OC containing 20 mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 3 mg of drospirenone. Results of the study. Analysis of the daily record of severity of problems (DRSP) for 2 months prior treatment showed the presence of moderate PMS in 40 patients (Group I) and severe PMS - PMDD in 38 women (Group II). Group II patients were credibly older than those in Group I. After three months of OC therapy both groups showed a statistically significant reduction in pain syndromes, improved sleep, increased productivity at work, at home, at school and reduced constraints with others. After 6 months of therapy, significant improvements occurred in the psycho-emotional manifestations of PMS (difficulty in concentration, emotional lability, anger, irritation, depression), as well as in physical symptoms (breast tenderness, swelling). Conclusion. Hormonal contraceptives containing drospirenone introduce not only a good contraceptive effect, but can also be used for treatment of both PMS and its most severe form PMDD.

Abstract
Pathophysiological peculiarities of chronic migraine from viewpoint of contemporary reflexotherapy and effectiveness of electroacupuncture in the complex treatment of chronic migraine were the goal of present investigation. The randomized control study where electroacupuncture effects on psychophysiological state of 40 chronic migraine patients aged 18 to 63 years was performed. The regression of the frequency of the headache was found to be less. in the main group where electroacupuncture was combined with Topiramate in comparison with group of standard therapy. Intensification of analgesic and sedative effects due to production of endogenous opioid substances after electroacupuncture stimulation let to optimize psychic mechanisms of reaction patients suffering from chronic migraine. Data obtained let to suggest that electroacupuncture as a method of reflexotherapy can be effective supplement to pharmacotherapy in complex treatment patients with chronic migraine.

Abstract
Currently, the strategy of a differentiated approach to the pharmacotherapy of pain should be considered taking into account the pathogenetic role of oxidative stress. The possibility of including antioxidant drugs in complex therapy can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the severity of pain and the number of acute attacks. After analyzing the choice and methods of administration of drugs in this group, we can conclude that Mexidol is highly effective.

Abstract
The defeat of the peripheral nervous system is one of the most frequent complications of diabetes. The most severe form is vegetative diabetic polyneuropathy (VDPN), associated with the risk of persistent disability and the onset of death, a significant reduction in the quality of life of patients. The possibilities of diagnosing VDPN in clinical practice are considered. Modern approaches to the treatment of patients with VDPN, including drugs that normalize the metabolism in the nervous tissue, as well as eliminating the main symptoms of the disease are analyzed.

Abstract
Parkinson's disease is a widespread neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor symptoms and a number of non-motor manifestations, among which pain is one of the most frequent and maladaptive. About 40-80 % of patients with Parkinson s disease experience pain, which exceeds the incidence in the general population. Pain syndrome has a large negative impact on the patient s general condition, his quality of life, and requires a separate approach to diagnosis and therapy. The article describes the etiological and pathogenetic aspects of pain in Parkinson’s disease, its classification and principles of therapy.
