Abstract
Materials and methods. The paper presents three clinical observations of the development of intestinal obstruction with thin-colonic intussusception during the period from June 2016 to August 2017. Conclusion. The main method in the diagnosis of intussusception is the ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. For additional diagnostics the use of radiography is permissible, more complete information on suspicion of intussusception of the intestine a contrast irrigation gives. Differentiate the intussusception of intestines with diseases accompanied by attacks of pain in the abdomen, vomiting, spotting from the rectum, the presence of a tumor-like formation in the abdominal cavity. The introduction of endosurgical technologies into clinical practice increases the possibility of using low-traumatic laparoscopic interventions both for diagnosing the cause of intussusception and for eliminating intestinal obstruction.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical and diagnostic capabilities of the advanced shear wave elastography technique (2DSWE) in spleen in three independent clinical centres. 549 patients with splenomegaly syndrome were examined, and divided into two groups. Patients of the first group were examined according to our standardized method of conducting 2DSWE-elastography, patients of the second group were carried out 2DSWE according to the method adopted in this medical institution. The reproducibility results were evaluated by the percentage of coincidence of ultrasound data and the final clinical diagnosis. Based on the results of the study, we are able to sum up good reproducibility of the developed technique and the reduction of survey false positive and false negative results in comparing with one which adopted in the therapeutic anticipation, as well as the possibility of applying the evaluation criteria used for this method in treatment and prevention institutions and cabinets of functional and ultrasound diagnostics.

Abstract
The article highlights the main issues on the diagnostics of reactive epidurites revealed in MR-visualization of intervertebral hernia. The conditions in which the pathology mentioned above is marked when performing MRI are set forth. The pathophysiological processes occurring in the epidural space in the acute hernia disk stage are described. The key terminology interpretation used in this process is given. The information concerning the possible complications in the presence of epidurites after the acute stage of intervertebral hernia is presented. The causes and symptoms of spinal aseptic arachnoiditis developing after the intervertebral hernia surgery are shown. The aspects of differential diagnostics of the presented pathology in combination with infectious and oncological injuries are demonstrated. The illustrative material is presented.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of minimally invasive treatment of fibrocystic breast mastopathy based on multiparameter radiologic imaging. The article details pilot results of interstitial laser photocoagulation of breast cysts of 15 patients who were examined before and after treatment using a set of radiologic imaging methods, including two-dimensional ultrasonography, ultrasonic Doppler examination, strain elastography, two-dimensional shear wave elastography (2DSWE) based on a standardized technique, mammography based on condition. The efficacy of interstitial laser photocoagulation was assessed based on the absence of cyst relapse at follow-up examinations 10 days and 1, 3, 6, 9 months following the treatment. The results of the study were used to draw conclusions on the efficacy of the treatment and feasibility of a comprehensive pre- and post-operative multiparameter examination using radiologic imaging methods to prevent complications and to achieve optimal treatment effect.

Abstract
The review of literature devoted to application of a natural photosensitizer of Ammifurin in the form of tablets of 0.02 g for intake and 0.3 % of solution for external application in combination with UV and PUVA-therapy in treatment of psoriasis is presented in this article. Besides, experience of own application of this photosensitizer and modern light-emitting diodes with the selective wavelength of 365 and 400 nm at treatment of psoriasis is presented. Application of the described way of treatment led to reliable clinical improvement or total disappearance of clinical symptoms (р < 0.05). System side effects aren ’t found. Local side effects didn ’t demand the treatment termination. The described treatment allows to reduce risk of development of the side effects.

Abstract
The article presents data on the effectiveness of Xemose emollients in the treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory dermatoses. The use of innovative technologies and innovative formulas allowed the development of outdoor facilities that meet modern standards. In the treatment of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis cream, cerate, and Xemose milk were used. The means Xemose, providing anti-inflammatory, lipid-filling and resolving actions, were effective both in monotherapy and in the complex external treatment of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Different textures make it possible to conduct an individual approach to the selection of external forms. High efficiency, good tolerability and safety of the Xemose line make it possible to use it during the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases and as a means of basic care during the remission period.

Abstract
Epilepsy is a chronic disorder, requiring long-term observation at patients. The influencing on the therapy factors are diverse, by this token, the key of them are care organization and the regime of follow-up. At the different world parts there is still wide gap in the organization of health care of patients with epilepsy, and there is no united system approach in guiding patients. The need of optimization of specialized medical care of this category of patients is confirmed by deteriorating life quality of patients and their families, and moreover, more often development of phar-macoresistent forms at ineffective treatment. These and others questions are pointed out at this article with projection at defined region of the south of Tyumen region. The importance of creation not only epileptological centers of high level, but the whole network, providing availability of specialized health care of patients with epilepsy is underlined.

Abstract
The problem of treating acute pancreatitis is still very urgent. In the structure of acute surgical diseases in the last two years, acute pancreatitis in Moscow ranks first, in 2016, 25.3 %. At the same time, the trend continues for the growth of destructive forms of the disease, accompanied by a large number of complications and high mortality rates. OP is more common in young, primiparous women in the third trimester of pregnancy and in the postpartum period. In pregnant women, acute biliary pancreatitis is most often diagnosed (from 43.6 to 66.0 %). Multidisciplinary approach in pregnant women allows not only to stop the development of acute pancreatitis and prevent the development of serious complications, but also to perform, with the help of minimally invasive methods of treatment, if necessary, correction of homeostasis and hormonal disturbances in order to prevent preterm labor and complications of gestation.

Abstract
The review article describes the frequency of extragenital pathology, the frequency of complications of pregnancy, labor in women with acute and chronic pancreatic diseases. In pregnant women, the disease is more severe. Currently, the incidence of acute pancreatitis among pregnant women varies widely from 1:1,000 to 1:12,000. In the structure of the etiology of acute pancreatitis (OC) and exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis (CP), the most frequent cause (66 % of cases) is biliary pathology. More often pancreatitis occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy and the postpartum period. The main methods of diagnosis and treatment of the disease are described.

Abstract
In places of detention for the past 20 years, there has been a significant improvement in the epidemic situation of tuberculosis. In 2017, compared with 1999 in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FPS) of Russia for the first time, patients were found to be 5.4 times less. Among the first registered patients, men predominate (93.6%), almost half (48.8 %) are under 35 years old (2017). The proportion of convicts and persons under investigation in the TB incidence rate in Russia as a whole is declining, but all major tuberculosis indicators calculated for the average number of special contingent of the Federal Penitentiary Service are decreasing every year. After the release from prison for dispensary registration, only two-thirds of the patients are admitted to anti-tuberculosis medical organizations. In the FPS of Russia in the past two years there have been signs of the beginning of stabilization of the incidence of HIV infection and mortality from it. Every second patient with tuberculosis and almost 90% of those infected with HIV, registered for the first time in the FPS of Russia, are identified in the first days of being in the remand prison. Despite the improvement in the organization of the detection of these diseases in medical organizations of the system of the Ministry of Health of Russia, a full-scale prophylactic medical examination of the population belonging to the groups of high social risk has not been organized. In places of deprivation of liberty, the proportion of patients with co-infection (HIV-TB) among newly diagnosed TB patients and among the contingents registered was 1.6 times higher than among the permanent population of Russia. Since 2011, the incidence of co-infection and the prevalence of HIV-TB at the end of the year increased 1.4 times. But in 2017, the indicators for the first time somewhat decreased. What is it, the beginning of stabilization or temporary improvements? Time will tell.
