Abstract
Migraines and dizziness are the most common disorders in the population. Often a combination of these two symptoms is observed in one patient. Some epidemiological studies have shown that both migraine and dizziness occur more often than it would be expected from accidental coincidence. In most cases, dizziness with migraine is non-vestibular (non-systemic). These data also served as an occasion for studying the relationship between migraine and dizziness. The article identifies bi-directional relationships between anxiety and dizziness in migraines, indicating its psychogenic (functional) nature, and it has been shown that psychogenic dizziness in migraine often occurs in patients with evidence of vestibulopathy in history, which has a significant impact on the quality of life of such patients.

Abstract
The article shows the effectiveness of the complex therapy of patients with FNN with the inclusion venomotor and angioprotective preparation of L-lysine aescinat. The purpose of the study - assessment of the effectiveness of the drug L-lysine estsinalv FNN complex therapy of various origins in the acute period. Materials and methods. We observed 60 patients aged 20 to 70 years with the diagnosis of «facial nerve neuropathy,» the acute phase. The main group of patients along with standard treatment regimens received L-lysine aescinat 5.0 ml intravenously for 10 days. The effectiveness of treatment was assessed by a specialized clinical neurological examination (the degree and rate of recovery of motor function using scales K. Rosler and Hause-Brackman, development or absence sinkenezy and contractures), results electroneuromyographic. Results and conclusion. The inclusion of L-lysine aescinat in the complex therapy of patients with acute NFN is pathogenetically justified and can achieve significant efficiency gains by improving microcirculation, reducing the severity of edema syndrome, inflammation and high-quality regeneration. There was the M-response amplitude of the greatest gain after treatment; reduced starting date of the recovery processes and complete recovery.

Abstract
The effectiveness of the new regulatory peptide Selank®, synthesized analogue of the endogenous peptide taftcin was studied for the treatment adjustment disorder. There were clarifications its clinical properties as emotional stabilizer. Clinical manifestations of adjustment disorder n disorders were studied in 577 people, age categories 21-34 years (153 people), 35-50 years (257 people), 51-65 years (167 people) using the PHQ questionnaire. The results of the study were demonstrated the prevalence individual stress related with unemployment or loss of work and a subjective deterioration in all age groups. These symptoms were increased to 50.9% in the 51-65 years age group. Selank® therapy (0.15 %) was performed in 30 patients (18 women and 12 men) with adjustment disorders during 14 days. Selank® had the corrective effects. The corrective effects of the regulatory peptide Selank® were revealed for somatic and mental symptoms of the adjustment disorder. The results of the study confirmed, that the Selank® has stress-protective effect. The effectiveness of the regulatory peptide Selank® persisted after the drug discontinuation. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of Selank® in the pharmacological treatment the adjustment disorder and good clinical tolerability. Recommendations of the complex treatments were proposed for adjustment disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study of the suprascapular nerve neuropathy in professional volleyball athletes. The unique anatomy of the suprascapular nerve makes it vulnerable to injuries and compression. Many cases of the shoulder injury include suprascapular neuropathy, but the lack of specific symptoms complicate the true diagnose. Knowledge of the normal anatomy of the suprascapular nerve, features of clinical manifestations, nuances of visualization and assessing the state of the innervated muscles will allow to carry out differential diagnosis in a short time, to identify this problem, so on time to provide patient appropriate assistance. Diagnosis of injuries of the peripheral nerves of professional athletes should be comprehensive and consider the mechanism of occurrence injury, to restore as quickly as possible the efficiency of the athlete, and conduct appropriate preventive measures. Given clinical case allows you to take a look inside at the problem of diagnosis of this type of disease and the result of incomplete and not timely treatment.

Abstract
The article deals with the modern understanding of etiopathogenesis of post-traumatic headache. It describes the algorithm of its diagnosis and treatment. It is established that structural, functional and psychopathological changes, which play a different role depending on the severity of the trauma and its stage, are the leading factors in the onset and the development of this cephalalgia. The role of hydrocephalus and sensitization of cerebral neurons in the pathogenesis of post-traumatic headache, including a mild traumatic brain injury, has been clarified. The mechanisms of the action of acetazolamide as a drug inhibiting the production of cerebrospinal fluid and suppressing the activity of brain cells are disclosed. Practical experience and the prospects of using this drug within the framework of pathogenetic therapy and alternative analgesia in post-traumatic headache are discussed.

Abstract
The article has a multidisciplinary approach. It combines neurology, endocrinology and gynaecology, include the problem of using combined oral contraceptives. There is describe their forms and side effects from their application in the article. Menstrual migraine at women is attended most of all. Character of pathogeny of different species of migraine is marked. Authors reveal the interdependence between different species of migraine and using combined oral contraceptives. This direction amplifies with possible scheme of treatment of women migraine.

Abstract
Chronic disorders of cerebral circulation are a common cause of increasing disability and the onset of death. Ensuring the effective treatment of such patients with secondary prevention measures requires an understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of the development of the disease. Issues of pathogenesis and classification of chronic disorders of cerebral circulation are discussed. The expediency of using drugs with such ability to improve cerebral blood flow and restore autoregulation of cerebral circulation was noted in such a contingent of patients. Information on the possibility of using the drug Sermion (nicergoline) in the treatment of patients with chronic forms of cerebrovascular pathology is given.

Abstract
Deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus (DBS STN) is very effective for the symptomatic treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD), improving both motor function and quality of life. There are various data about the effect of DBS STN on the frequency and severity of affective disorders in patient with DBS STN. The literature describes both improvements and worsening, as well as the appearance of these disorders for the first time in the form of depression, anxiety, apathy, suicide after surgery. In this review of the literature various effects of DBS STN on the affective disorders in patients with PD, as well as the pathogenesis of these disorders and approaches to their correction are considered. It is necessary to carry out further studies in a large group of patients with PD with prolonged follow-up, preferably in comparison with the control group of supervision receiving only adequate pharmacotherapy.

Abstract
One hundred and fifty patients of arterial hypertension, who were registered at the dispensary of a general practitioner, were assessed for the severity of depressive disorders, the severity of cerebral and the quality of life. It turned out that in patients with arterial hypertension, depressive disorders are combined with cerebral and a decrease in the quality of life. All these factors must be taken into account by the primary care physician in the course of dispensary observation and the conduct of therapeutic and prophylactic measures.
