Abstract
The comorbidity of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and dental and periodontal diseases is one of the most frequent combinations in the practice of a dentist. This requires an appropriate therapeutic approach to prevent the occurrence of adverse events. Highly selective COX-2 inhibitors, in particular Celebrex (celecoxib) may be recommended in such patients because of less exposure to the gastro-intestinal tract compared to non-selective NSADs, particularly in patients with existing pathology of the digestive system.

Abstract
In our article we presents a clinical case of a patient, which has cracks in the roots of the endodontically treated teeth. The authors suggest that the appearance of cracks was provoked not only by the endodontic treatment of the teeth, but also by occlusal disorders such as supracontacts. By the way, the supracontacts may be as results of the expressed hypertonicity of the chewing muscles.

Abstract
For a long time leader in the treatment of inflammatory and pain syndromes in dentistry are NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). All NSAIDs affect the pain syndrome, local inflammation, pyrexia, platelet aggregation, etc., but when administering the drug in this group should be considered the properties of a drug and the patient's individual characteristics. Ketorolac inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and thromboxanes and has faster and more pronounced analgesic effect as compared with other members of the NSAID, as well as sufficiently high duration of action. At the same time, fast and long-lasting analgesic activity of the drug can reduce the period of its use to 1-3 days, which in turn leads to a lower incidence of serious adverse events, which is especially important for patients with chronic kidney disease.

Abstract
The problem of the treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis, caused by prolonged use of glucocorticoids, despite the significant achievements in medicine at the present stage of development remains relevant. Analysis of modern literature has shown that the development of new treatments for this disease is one of the leading places in the dental practice. At the same time, the study of the flow characteristics of periodontal disease, its prevention and optimization of therapy in these patients is not given enough attention. Thus, the selection of the optimal treatment strategy of periodontal disease in the application of glucocorticoid drugs, taking into account their specific actions and side effects, is an urgent task.

Abstract
Immediate implant placement and loading resulted in high implant as well as prosthetic survival rates. Placement in healed of fresh extraction bone sites did not influence implant survival. CBCT can get helpful information for planning the immediate implant placement. Cross-sectional image is the most frequently used among CBCT users for better analysis the implant’s inclination.

Abstract
The research objective consisted in studying of local factors of protection of an oral cavity on the basis of balance definition between proinflammatory (INf-ү, TNF-a, IL-8) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4) cytokines with the degree account colonization of Candida at patients with chronic generalized parodontitis. By results of work it has been established, that at patients with chronic parodontitis easy and moderate severity level high degree colonization periodontal pockets Candida tropicalis correlates with substantial increase proinflammatory cytokines(TNF-a, IL-8), concentration fall INF-ү and increase in level anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4.

Abstract
The article substantiates the use of hyaluronic acid preparations Revident and Revident+ in surgical dentistry. Specific recommendations on the differentiated use of medications for various types of surgical interventions for the prevention of complications and treatment of complications in the removal of teeth, cystectomy, dental implantation, bone-plastic surgery, etc. are described.

Abstract
The item offers a view on the outcomes of a study involving 192 persons aged 18-25 each possessing a full set of permanent teeth, with physiological occlusion and demonstrating various gnathic and dental face types and dental arches. The outcomes revealed a link between the size of the upper and lower dental arches. The ratio of the upper dental arch length taken against the similar parameters pertaining the lower jaw was 1.065 ± 0.005 for all the types of dental arches. The index in question was employed to show the match between the teeth in the upper jaw and their lower counterparts. The ratio of the six front upper teeth to the crown width in the lower incisors and canine teeth was 1.3 ± 0.02 and matched the findings obtained through Bolton s method. The ratio of half-sum of the 14 teeth to the frontal-distal diagonal was 1.065 ± 0.005, with the upper and the lower dental arch alike. The ratio of the upper arch’s diagonal dimension to its lower counterpart averaged 1.065 ± 0.010 for all types of dental arches.

Abstract
36 patients with subacute purulent odontogenous phlegmons were observed. The new complex of clinical and laboratory tests to diagnose endogenous intoxication was proposed. The presence of endogenous intoxication in all clinical cases was revealed. The results of our work demonstrated necessity of the special deep diagnosis for revealing of endointoxication and more adequate treatment of these patients.

Abstract
The work was carried out on experimental material. An experimental model of hypothyroidism in laboratory animals was obtained. Thyroidectomy was performed in 58 white male rats of the Wistar line with a body weight of 250-300 g, sexually mature at the age of 8-9 months. The operation was performed under general anesthesia. In the postoperative period, rats were kept under optimal conditions. The rats were removed from the experiment on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and 35th day. As a control, 28 rats were used, which did not undergo thyroidectomy. The teeth of rats were selected for histological examination. At histological examination of the teeth of rats on the 7th day, structural changes in the hard tissues of the tooth were not detected. In the pulp of the tooth, hemodynamic disorders, full veins, erythrostasis, diapedic hemorrhages and edema in perivascular spaces are observed. On the 14th day in the enamel, dentin and cement pathological changes were not detected. In odontoblasts, there were signs of small-dropped hydropic dystrophy. On the 21st day in the enamel narrow slits were discovered in inter-prismatic spaces, and the pattern of the prisms was blurred. In the dentin, there is an increase in tubules, signs of hydrophilic and balloon dystrophy of odontoblasts. In cement, the areas of starting cementolysis are determined. In the tooth pulp diffuse edema and swelling of collagen fibers. On the 28th day, dystrophic changes were detected in the enamel, the vacuolization of the enamel prisms, and the increase in the number of inter-prismatic gaps. In the dentin, there is an increase in tubules, foci of decay of the main substance, atrophy and deformation of odontoblasts. In the cement, cavities are found due to cementolysis. On the 35th day, the dystrophic and destructive changes described above become widespread.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the results of the relationship of the dimensions of the dental arches, upper, and lower jaw in people with type mesognathic dental arches for orthognathic (physiological) occlusion (occlusion). It is proved that the size of the upper teeth, jaw correlation, and the coefficient maxillary dental ratio, which determines the compliance of the upper and lower teeth, regardless of dental type, dental arches is 1,065 ± 0,005. In addition, all dental options the dental arches, the ratio of the width of the upper dental arch between the second molars to the same parameter of the mandible is 1.10 ± 0.02.
