Abstract
The research included patients with a secondary adentia with an atrophy of a bone tissue of the upper jaw of both sexes as before the planned sinuslifting, and after. At inspection before operation to patients of the first group the computer tomography of the upper jaw with including of all nasal cavity and the paranasal sinuses, full survey by the otorhinolaryngologist with carrying out an endoscopic research of a nasal cavity was carried out. 40 % of patients the pathology from paranasal sinuses demanding surgical treatment is taped. Patients of the second group in early postoperative period had the acute odontogenic sinusitis. After carrying out by endonasal endoscopic treatment, there was a rapid relief of the inflammatory process in the maxillary sinuses, there was a good engraftment of osteoplastic material. In the protocol of preoperative preparation before sinus lift should include computed tomography of the upper jaw and paranasal sinuses, in order to avoid diseases of the paranasal sinuses.

Oral surgeons are often faced with a deficit of bone in the alveolar crest before implant placement. The main disadvantage of autobonegraft applying is causing traumatic effects. To make the technique more patient friendly is very vital for elderly and those having somatic diseases patients. In this paper, the authors propose using a new method of guided bone regeneration, based on the application xenogenic material in the reduction of defects of the alveolar ridge of the jaw bone.

Abstract
Analyzed digital orthopantomogram 16507 patients aged 18 to 65 years. Destructive processes in the area of molars of the lower jaw found at 5779 patients. Examined the status of bone tissue in the area of the filling material, the inferred beyond the roots of the third molars of the lower jaw. Systematization of radiological signs of destructive processes in accordance with their number and localization in relation to the areas of the roots of the third lower molars. Major groups of divided into periapical destructions, bifurcation, periodontal, which can be isolated or combined in different combinations.

Abstract
Direct restoration of teeth with pathological dental abrasion is possible with a compensated localized form. More often, nanocomposite materials are used for this, possessing good aesthetic properties, strength and durability. The article describes clinical examples of treatment of pathological abrasion by direct restorations in the presence of a place to recover their anatomical shape, as well as using the pre-orfhodontic preparation.

Abstract
The variety and worthy quality of the rotating cutting tool (RCT) is the main criterion of the competitiveness of the tool of the Russian manufacturer. The article compares the price/ quality of the diamond tool of Russian and foreign production, the cutting properties, wear resistance and micro-hardness of the analyzed samples. Using the method of electron microscopy, it is proved that the burs of the firm VladMiVa are characterized by high wear resistance, not inferior to foreign analogues.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the use of methods of treatment of chronic injury with nuperkainal preparation and the traditional methods of treatment. The attention is focused on the method of treatment of the data elements of the defeat of the oral mucosa, with the use of the drug nuperkainal, has analgesic and anti-inflammatory action. it was found that its use leads to the removal of pain and inflammation phenomenon, provides a reduction of terms of treatment of chronic injuries. A positive result was already on 2nd visit. Pain and inflammation around the phenomenon of destruction of elements have been removed after the third visit, as well as epithelialization observed destruction of elements, reduction of exudative process in the periodontal pocket, in the application of traditional methods of treatment of a positive result was achieved on the 10th visit. By including in the drug regimen nuperkainal, we have achieved epithelialization of lesions items in a short period of time, using a conservative method of treatment. Our data allow to introduce this treatment regimen in the clinic of therapeutic dentistry for conservative treatment of the oral mucosa mouth disease in chronic injury.

Abstract
The paper analyzed the relationship of sagittal and transversal dimensions of the dental arch at 37patients of both sexes of the first period of mature age with physiological occlusion of permanent teeth and giper brachygnathic form of the dental arch. The correlation of the sagittal (depth of arc) and transversally (width of arc) in size and dental arch. To assess the dental arch form recommended by the calculating index of the arc (the ratio of depth to width of the arc). When giper brachygnathic type and dental arch index arch was less than 0.65. The transversal dimensions in the field of the second permanent molars were significantly higher than in people with brachygnathic forms of the dental arches.

Abstract
The article presents the results of morphological, biochemical and histochemical methods of research used to justify the selection of the most appropriate and effective methods of treatment oculocardiac granulomas. Just researched 492 tooth removed about chronic granulomatous periodontitis. it is established that granulomas, as well as the root canals are always infected, so ekologiniai the formation of granulomas, is a limitation of the pathological process by forming a connective tissue barrier between the granulation tissue and the surrounding healthy tissue. in the future, the capsule granuloma ceases to perform its barrier function, its nervous elements show signs of reactive irritation, degeneration and destruction, she becomes a permanent irritant and a source of odontogenic infection, intoxication and allergization of the organism.
