Abstract
Analysis of the results of medical organizations on active detection, timely diagnosis and treatment of neoplasms shows that the situation has not changed significantly: the rate of change in indicators that are indicators of anti-cancer measures implemented does not correspond to those planned in a significant number of Russian regions. Qualitative target indicators of the state program are being implemented (the detection of malignant neoplasms in early f-ff stages is increasing, one-year mortality is decreasing, the five-year survival of patients is growing), but the main indicator is mortality from neoplasms, there is no clear tendency to decrease. With the continuing increase in the incidence of disease in order to fulfill the indicator "mortality from tumors”, it is necessary to increase the rate of improvement of indicators reflecting the quality work of the health care system. The norm of inpatient beds of cancer organizations for years 2017-2019 is unacceptably low, and when the bed capacity of oncological medical organizations is brought to the norm, it will be impossible to perform indicators of oncological care for the population of Russia.

Abstract
The aim of this work was to stady the lipolytic activity in subcutaneous and peri-renals adipose tissue of patients with adrenohypercorticoidism (Itsenko-Cushing disease, Cushing syndrome) and without this pathology. In the patients with Itsenko-Kushing disease the lipolytic activity in both adipose tissues without influence of hormones did not differ from the control group, differences in the rates of lipolysis under the influence of AKTH and GH caused by a violation of secretion of endogenous hormones. In patients with Cushing s syndrome lipolytic activity in both adipose tissue is reduced, is not increasing under the influence of lipolytic hormones, that is probably due to the increase of cholesterol in the cytoplasmic membranes of adipocytes with a simultaneous absence of reaction to the reception of small and large doses of dexamethasone prior to the removal of adrenal tumor.

Abstract
The estimate of size the investigated organs has important diagnostic value. For correct estimate increasing or decreasing of size organ need to compare recived volume with the value normal volume patient based on a patients antropometrics. In the article represented the methods of determinations the normal volume liver, spleen, kidneys, thyroid. Our results are based on examination of large quantity of different organs. It proved diagnostic significance of comparing calculated volumes with normal volumes using data of ultrasound and radionuclide investigations. This method allows to obtain important information including different diagnosis of tomours.

Abstract
Research objective was to analyze clinical outcomes of IVF-DO program with transference of native embryos for patients with different degree of endometrium developmental lagging registered at the 8th day of estradiol compound preparation usage and at the day of the progesterone application beginning. Material and methods. The analysis of pregnancy occurrence rate at embryos transference (POR at ET) and the rate of early reproductive losses in realization of 130 IVF-DO cycles for patients with different endometrium thickness defined at the 8th day and at the day of ovulation trigger introduction to oocytes donor woman is made. Results. Reliable abrupt decrease of POR at ET and increase of early reproductive losses for patients with extremely marked endometrium maturation lagging at the 8th day of endometrium oestrogen preparation usage and by the moment of its prolifertative phase ending is defined. At the same time it was shown that for patients with thin endometrium the moderate lagging of its thickness from minimal normative value in the middle and in the end of prolifertative phase does not have reliable negative influence on IVF-DO program clinical outcomes. Conclusion. The data received indicates that for patients with thin endometrium the deterioration of treatment results in IVF-OD program is registered only in the cases of extremely endometrium hypoplasia defined by US data in the middle and in the end of prolifertative phase. It is also defined that intensive oestrogen support for women with extremely endometrim hypoplasia does not provide the normalization of its growth and IVF clinical outcomes improving.

Abstract
Objective of the study: in the conditions of new forms of education implementation in the frame of the continuous postgraduate education to analyse necessity for the new forms of courses and propose optimal criteria for educational methods assessment. Materials and methods: the object of the current study are doctors, participating in trainings in the Department of Public Health, Economics and Management of Health Care System. During the study two questionnaires were used: the first for assessment of the methods and quality of teaching process, the second for choosing priority forms of training, frequency and duration of training. Statistical processing of the results is done by the traditional methods of variational statistics. While designing the study the key point was to analyse priority choice of the doctors-trainees in terms of programs and forms of training in the conditions of the reforms of the whole system of postgraduate education and implementation of the continuous postgraduate education. Furthermore, we asked participants about preferences of the training process forms, considering short 36-hours courses, their frequency and availability of the distant learning elements in the annual course of continuous education. In the presented study methodological approaches on participants necessities in the elements of educational services, main criteria of improvement of organisational forms of postgraduate medical education in the modern conditions of medical postgraduate and additional professional education are defined. Conclusions: Using of visual aids and other means of training should be widely used during lecturing in the educational process. Questioned participants highly scored trainings with the methods of distant learning and practical trainings in the medical institutions. It proves their psychological and professional readiness for wide implementation of these forms in the system of continues postgraduate education.

Abstract
The article presents the results of treatment of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy using a subthreshold microimpulse laser (SMILV) of 577 nm with injections of enriched platelet autoplasma. We treated 10 eyes which were examined and treated in 10 patients. The first stage was performed by SMIL on a Supra 577 nm laser device (Quantel Medical) over the entire area of the macular edema. The second stage on the next day after SMILV, the patient undergoes pterygoal injections of enriched platelet autoplasma into the region of the regional lymphatic reservoir with a course of 3 units. With an interval of 72-96 hours. The exposure and its operating cycle (duty cycle) were selected individually for each patient, depending on the height of the edema and the degree of pigmentation of the fundus, and the transparency of the optical media of the eyeball. The results of the study were evaluated before laser intervention and after 1 month. All of patients s were treated with standard ophthalmologic examination including visometry, tonometry, ophthalmoscopy on a slit lamp with aspherical lenses 78 D in all patients before treatment and in dynamics after 1 month. Fluorescence angiography, optical coherence tomography on a CIRRUS instrument HD-OCT (500023J6) ver. 8.0.0.518; Photoregistration and microperimetry on the MAIA instilment (CenteVue, Italy), OCT-angiography. Visual acuity before treatment averaged 0.69 D, after treatment averaged 0.8 D, the height of macular edema was, before treatment, an average of 349 nm after treatment, on average, 301 nm. SMILV using a 577 nm yellow diode laser (Quantel medical) is an effective and safe procedure in the treatment of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy. With central serous chorioretinopathy, it is possible to perform laser treatment at the parafoveolar infiltration point, with diapedes leakage, and also in the chronic form of the disease with diffuse hyperfluorescence regions and the absence of an explicit filtration point. The possibility of using a combined method for the treatment of SMIL with vlane injections of platelet autoplasma in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy is more effective, pathogenetically grounded and safe.

Abstract
The article summarizes information on the functional asymmetry of the brain and its relationship with the human chronotype. Brief information on the terminology of the topic is given. The problem of correct estimation of the asymmetry profile of cerebral functions for adaptation to work and study is highlighted. Methods for identifying the type of functional asymmetry are described. The results of a study based on a questionnaire of 500 people with the identification of three groups of persons with different types of hemispheric response are reflected. The frequency of occurrence of the leading right and left parts of the body is analyzed. The possible causes of this frequency of occurrence are described. The percentage of biorhythmological types and their relationship to functional asymmetry of the brain are shown. Information is given on the features of adaptation of persons with a left-sided asymmetry profile to environmental conditions. The gender differences in anecdotal students were studied, with the dominance of a particular hemisphere and with the predominance of a particular chronotype. The necessity of taking into account the distribution of cerebral functions between the hemispheres of the brain with the aim of increasing labor productivity, the effectiveness of training and preserving the health of each member of society is substantiated.
