Взаимосвязь экзокринной и эндокринной функций поджелудочной железы в норме и при патологии

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты взаимодействия экзокринной и эндокринной частей поджелудочной железы (ПЖ), а также различные патологии, иллюстрирующие эти процессы. К освещаемым заболеваниям относятся хронический панкреатит (ХП), острый панкреатит (ОП), сахарный диабет (СД), стеатоз ПЖ и некоторые другие. Приведены данные о распространенности СД при различных патологиях ПЖ и о частоте развития экзокринной недостаточности ПЖ (ЭНПЖ) при СД. Представлены факторы риска СД при панкреатической патологии. Обсуждаются механизмы патогенеза упомянутых состояний, рассматриваемые положения подкреплены экспериментальными данными. Кроме того, обсуждаются некоторые потенциальные методы терапевтического воздействия, которые могут повысить эффективность лечения при указанных состояниях.
