Анемический синдром как первое клиническое проявление болезни Шегрена (клиническое наблюдение)

Аннотация
Внежелезистые проявления при болезни Шегрена характеризуются широкой вариабельностью, поражая практически любой орган или систему, в том числе систему кроветворения. Среди гематологических проявлений заболевания наиболее часто встречается анемический синдром. Представлено клиническое наблюдение пациентки, у которой болезнь Шегрена дебютировала с анемического синдрома, что привело к проведению широкого диагностического поиска с целью уточнения диагноза. Таким образом, наблюдаемый нами клинический случай интересен не только с позиции важности установки клинического диагноза, но и своевременности патогенетического лечения, что оказывает влияние на прогноз заболевания.
