Алгоритм диагностики и лечения головокружения. Помощь практикующему врачу

Аннотация

Цель исследования. Целью данной статьи являются систематизация основных сведений о наиболее частых причинах головокружения и представление алгоритма диагностики и лечения, который может быть использован врачами различных специальностей.

 Материалы и методы. Статья выполнена в виде нарративного обзора. Включает анализ современных научных публикаций о головокружении.

 Результаты. Систематизированы данные о наиболее распространенных причинах головокружения. Представлен алгоритм диагностики и лечения головокружения, который может быть использован специалистами практического звена здравоохранения. Даны практические рекомендации по осмотру и сбору анамнеза у пациентов с головокружением. Представлены данные о мультимодальном подходе к ведению пациентов.

 Выводы. Использование четкого алгоритма позволяет оптимизировать диагностику и лечение головокружения, что способствует улучшению качества медицинской помощи.
