Актуальные проблемы осложнений бактериального менингита

Аннотация
Проведен обзор современной российской и зарубежной, преимущественно англоязычной, литературы, посвященной бактериальному менингиту и осложнениям, возникшим в результате его исхода. Учитывались публикации не старше 5 лет, опубликованные в специализированных медицинских журналах и руководствах. В обзор включены исследования, в которых у участников был верифицированный диагноз «бактериальный менингит» согласно современным клинико-лабораторным критериям и возраст не превышал 18 лет на момент заболевания. Приемлемые дизайны обсервационных исследований для нашего обзора включали обсервационные описательные и аналитические исследования по типу «случай – контроль» и когортные исследования. Были исключены исследования, в которых участники страдали от каких-либо соматических патологий, способных повлиять на результаты или спровоцировать осложнения в результате перенесенной нейроинфекции. Также в обзор были включены данные Российского референс-центра по мониторингу за бактериальными менингитами за 2019 год.
