Некоторые аспекты проблемы рака шейки матки в мире и в Республике Армения
Аннотация
Проблема рака шейки матки (РШМ) в течение многих десятилетий продолжает оставаться актуальной. По прогностическим оценкам экспертов (с учетом роста населения и увеличения ожидаемой продолжительности предстоящей жизни), к 2020 году в развивающихся странах рост показателей заболеваемости и распространенности РШМ составит около 40 %, а в развитых странах - 11 %. Общеизвестен факт, что если сегодня не проводить своевременные мероприятия по профилактике и лечению РШМ, то после 2050 года ежегодно в мире РШМ будут заболевать 1 млн женщин. Согласно международным данным уровень смертности от РШМ в Армении по сравнению с РФ и некоторыми европейскими государствами (например, Румынией) в три раза ниже, но все же почти в три раза выше, чем в Финляндии, Бельгии, Швеции. Для раннего выявления РШМ необходимы адекватные программы скрининга. Их успешное проведение зависит как от повышения уровня информированности населения относительно ранних признаков и симптомов онкологических заболеваний, так и от поэтапной работы медперсонала с целью взятия на учет пациентки с выявленной патологией и ее ведения в соответствии с протоколом.
