Вопросы рационального выбора нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов при сердечно-сосудистом риске
Аннотация
Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме лечения болевого синдрома при остеоартрозе у лиц пожилого возраста. Приводятся современные сведения о механизме действия, эффективности, преимуществах и недостатках нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов в клинической практике. Особое внимание уделяется умеренно селективному ингибитору циклооксигеназы-2 (ЦОГ-2) мелоксикаму. Показано, что прием мелоксикама ассоциируется с небольшим риском развития осложнений со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы и желудочно-кишечного тракта, что делает возможным осторожное применение этого препарата у лиц старшего возраста с сочетанной патологией.
