Растительные средства как способ лечения доброкачественной патологии и профилактики злокачественных новообразований молочной железы

Аннотация
Нарушения нейроэндокринного гомеостаза в стрессовых условиях на фоне повышенного эстрогенного присутствия в тканях могут стать стимулом к развитию доброкачественной патологии молочной железы масталгии, так и в виде доброкачественной дисплазии молочной железы (ДДМЖ), одним из симптомов которых также может стать масталгия. С 2009 г. диагностика и лечение доброкачественной патологии молочной железы находится в ведении гинеколога, и это правильно, поскольку патогенетическая общность болевых синдромов и заболеваний, связанных с аномальной пролиферацией, очевидна в гинекологической практике.
Целью лечения масталгии является улучшение качества жизни пациентки, но если масталгия имеет под собой морфологический субстрат в виде ДДМЖ, то помимо обезболивания необходимо предусмотреть сдерживание прогрессии заболевания для снижения риска развития рака молочной железы. Гормональное лечение здесь имеет ограниченные возможности, и поиски терапевтических концепций обычно ведутся в направлении терапии молекулами растительного происхождения, способными оказывать влияние на метаболизм эстрогенов в тканях. Кроме этого рычага воздействия на процессы аномальной пролиферации в молочной железе, существуют иные мишени, вовлеченные в патофизиологию аномальной пролиферации и боли в молочной железе, в частности, окислительный стресс, иммунная система и др. В этой связи представляют интерес молекулы с плейотропным биологическим действием, такие как ресвератрол, одновременно проявляющие свойства фитоэстрогена, антиоксиданта, инсулиносенситайзера и т. д. Комбинация ресвератрола и индол-3-карбинола для терапии циклической масталгии и ДДМЖ представляется привлекательным вариантом улучшения качества жизни и профилактики злокачественных новообразований.
