Ода куркумину: сто механизмов эффективности куркумина против патологических состояний человека

Аннотация

В настоящее время накоплено большое количество экспериментальных данных, которые подтверждают, что основной компонент куркумы – куркумин – обладает высокой биологической активностью и широким спектром действия. Куркумин применяют в практике клинической медицины в качестве эффективного противовоспалительного, антиоксидантного, нейропротекторного, детоксицирующего и антисептического средства. На основании многочисленных обзоров клинических исследований представляется возможным применение этой биологически активной субстанции в терапии в качестве универсального средства для профилактики развития и комплексного лечения многих патологических состояний.
