Нутритивная поддержка организма при стрессе в эпоху глобальных вызовов человечеству

Аннотация
Перенесенная коронавирусная инфекция вызывает стресс и отрицательно влияет на психоэмоциональное здоровье людей. Коронавирус способен проникать в центральную нервную систему, поражая нейроны и глиальные (вспомогательные) клетки. Проявляется это резкими перепадами настроения, низким самоконтролем поведения, паническими атаками. Питание является важным определяющим фактором иммунного и неврологического статуса человека, при этом недостаточное содержание микронутриентов в рационе питания является самым распространенным преморбидным фоном для развития патологических процессов. Во всем мире отмечается невозможность компенсации витаминов и минералов традиционными пищевыми продуктами. Может быть целесообразным прием витаминно-минеральных и аминокислотных комплексов, отдельных минорных веществ. Другие нутриенты, такие как омега-3 полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты, также поддерживают эффективную работу иммунной и нервной систем, оказывая противовоспалительные эффекты.
