Значение термотопографии кистей рук в диагностике травмы повторяющегося напряжения, для массовых профосмотров и в эргономике

Аннотация

В статье проанализировано современное состояние тепловизионных исследований в области скрининга и оценки тяжести состояния при широко распространенном заболевании верхних конечностей, связанном с повторяющимся напряжением в процессе трудовой деятельности (repetitive strain injury – RSI). Температурные распределения на поверхности кожных покровов кистей рук, обусловленные профессиональной деятельностью и условиями труда, подробно рассмотрены в аспекте их применимости и эффективности при массовых профосмотрах, а также в эргономических разработках.
