Акне и зуд: патогенетические основы нейрогенного воспаления

Аннотация

По современным представлениям, в основе патогенеза акне лежат не столько морфофункциональные изменения и гиперколонизация C. acnes в зоне сально-волосяного фолликула, сколько перманентное воспаление, ранее считавшееся вторичной патофизиологической реакцией. В последнее время большое внимание уделяется кожному зуду, который может сопутствовать высыпным элементам акне.

В обзоре проанализированы данные, касающиеся патогенетической роли факторов нейрогенного воспаления при акне; подчеркивается клиническая значимость зуда в общей картине болезни, его влияние на психосоматические корреляции.
