Формирование и обсуждение прогноза заболевания в неврологической практике. Вопросы коммуникации с неврологическим пациентом

Аннотация

В клинической практике большинство неврологов сталкиваются с вопросами пациентов относительно прогноза заболевания, однако отдельных руководств, посвященных именно этой проблеме, в неврологии практически нет, несмотря на то что исход заболевания – это клинический вопрос, имеющий наибольший приоритет как для врача, так и для пациента. В данной статье разбираются подходы к обсуждению прогноза неврологического заболевания, данные о прогнозе распространенных неврологических заболеваний.
