Пробиотики: настоящее и будущее

Аннотация

Адекватное взаимодействие между макроорганизмом и микробиотой лежит в основе правильного обмена веществ, роста и развития человека. Микробиом представляет собой совокупность микроорганизмов, тесно связанную с организмом человека и оказывающую всестороннее влияние на его здоровье и функционирование. Дополнительное введение пробиотиков может способствовать целенаправленной коррекции метаболических нарушений, воспалительной реакции, иммунного ответа и устойчивости к действию неблагоприятных факторов. Вместе с тем необходимо учитывать, что эффективность пробиотика зависит от выбранного штамма микроорганизма, формы, дозы и длительности применения. Данный обзор посвящен современным данным о роли пробиотиков в профилактике и комплексной терапии соматических заболевания.
