Влияние микронутриентов на фетальное программирование

Аннотация

Микронутриентный дефицит в питании беременной женщины способен негативно повлиять не только на течение и исход родов, но привести к долгосрочным изменениям в обмене веществ, структуре и функции органов ребенка. Результаты многочисленных исследований подтверждают влияние питания на адаптационные резервы, способность к обучению и предрасположенность к развитию заболеваний у потомства. Фетальное программирование может оказывать влияние на ход онтогенеза, процессы развития, созревания и старения организма. Характер внутриутробного питания влияет на здоровье и риск последующих заболеваний не только детей, но и взрослых в отдаленной перспективе. Для профилактики неблагоприятного фетального программирования необходимо своевременное обследование беременных для выявления наличия нарушений питания. Для коррекции микронутриентной недостаточности у беременных используется комплексный подход, включающий диетотерапию с использованием соответствующих витаминноминеральных комплексов в профилактике и комплексной терапии соматических заболеваний.
