Эмпирическая и долговременная терапия тазовой боли, связанной с эндометриозом

Аннотация
Эндометриоз является распространенным заболеванием, диагностика и терапия которого по-прежнему остаются предметом дискуссий Один из главных симптомов эндометриоза - тазовая боль представляет особую проблему в связи со сложностями выявления причины и отсутствием достаточного эффекта от хирургического и медикаментозного лечения. В обзоре литературы представлены современные данные о распространенности, клинической характеристике и методах индивидуального подбора терапии у пациенток с тазовой болью установленно или предположительно ассоциированной с эндометриозом.
