Инициальная и поддерживающая терапия у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью
Аннотация
Статья посвящена результатам собственного проспективного исследования эффективности инициальной и поддерживающей терапии ингибиторами протонной помпы у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью (ГЭРБ). В работе оценивается эффективность постоянной, курсовой терапии и терапии «по требованию» у пациентов с неэрозивными и эрозивными формами ГЭРБ, исследуется приверженность данным вариантам лечения.
