Author Guidelines
When sending an article to the editor, the following rules must be observed:
1. Articles should be sent by e-mail in MS Word format with a cover letter. Articles are counted by the first author and by the title of the article.
2. THE TITLE SHEET should contain: a) the title of the article; b) the initials and surname of the
author; c) the full name of the organisaion in which the author works in the nominative case with the obligatory indication of the status of the organization (an abbreviation before the name) and departmental affiliation; If there are several authors, each surname and the corresponding institution is affixed with a digital index. If all authors of the article work in one institution, it is indicated once.
This block of information should be presented in both Russian and English. The names of the authors are recommended to transliterate in the same way as in previous publications or according to the BSI (British Standards Institution) system. For organizations, the officially accepted English version of the name is indicated.
FOR CORRESPONDENCE, the surname, first name, middle name (in full), academic degree, academic rank, position in the institution / institutions, work address with postal code, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of all authors are indicated. Abbreviations are not allowed. The author responsible for communication with the editorial office must be indicated.
4. The journal publishes only works not previously published in other publications.
5. The editors reserve the right to edit and select materials for publication. Articles formatted not in accordance with the rules above are not accepted.
6. All articles submitted to the journal are reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation for the publication of scientific literature.
7. It is forbidden to publish any information that allows you to identify the patient, indicate his/her name, initials, medical history numbers and inscriptions on photographs. The author is responsible for the accuracy of bibliographic data.
8. The title of the article should be short and informative. The title of the article does not allow the use of abbreviations, as well as trade (commercial) names. Title (in Russian and English).
9. An abstract (abstract) of 100-250 words (in Russian and English) must be attached to the article. The summary should be structured and include the purpose of the study, a description of the materials and methods, results and conclusions from the study.
Following are attached keywords (no more than 8) in order of importance (in Russian and English).
10. TEXT OF THE ARTICLE: A4 sheet format; font Times New Roman; point size 12; line spacing 1.5; margins: upper and lower 2.5 cm, left 3.5 cm; right 1.5 cm; document format when sending to the editors * .doc or * .docx; The volume of articles should not exceed 30 thousand characters, units of measure are given in the SI system; the use of unacceptable abbreviations in the article is not allowed; all abbreviations should be decrypted at the first mention, hereinafter only the abbreviation is used; uncommon and highly specialized terms should also be deciphered.
The text of the article must be verified by the author. Edits are accepted no more than once.
11. PLAN OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ARTICLE: a brief introduction reflecting the status of the issue at the time of writing, the purpose of this study, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusions on points or conclusions, list of references.
12. When describing drugs, the first time they are mentioned, the active substance (international nonproprietary name - INN), commercial name, manufacturer, country of manufacture should be indicated; All names and dosages must be carefully verified.
13. The description of the post-registration clinical trials of drugs, food products, biologically active food additives and child care products must necessarily include information on the registration and authorization for the use of these products by official licensing authorities (registration number, registration date).
14. REFERENCES
Bibliographic references in the text of the article are arranged in square brackets in Arabic numerals in order of citation by the author (not alphabetically!) in strict accordance with the cited list of references.
The citation order is drawn up as follows:

15. Tables are numbered sequentially. Each table should have a short title. Explanations for the tables are given in footnotes. Photos of tables are not accepted. All figures in the tables should be verified by the author and correspond to the figures in the text. The text should indicate the place of the table and its serial number, for example, table 1
16. DRAWING REQUIREMENTS
Pictures are attached as separate files in TIFF, JPEG or PNG format. Illustrations created or processed by Microsoft Office tools (in WORD, POWER POINT programs) are attached with a file of the appropriate format (doc, docx, ppt files). Each file is named according to the picture number (for example: Pic. 1, Pic. 2a, Pic. 2b, etc.). Signatures to the pictures are given with the number of the picture (Pic. 1); in the text it is necessary to indicate the place of the picture. Each picture should have a common title and a breakdown of all abbreviations. In the captions to the graphs, designations on the axes of abscissas and ordinates and units of measurement are indicated, explanations for each curve are given. The signatures provide an explanation of the meaning of all curves, letters, numbers and other symbols.
17. Postgraduate students are not charged for publishing manuscripts. When sending materials to the journal, the author (authors) gives his consent to the publication of the electronic version of the article in sources intended for specialists and transmission for replication in accordance with the copyright agreement. At the discretion of the publisher, fees may be charged for technical editing of articles and production costs. Not later than six months after the publication of the printed version, the article is placed in the Electronic Scientific Library in the public domain. The author’s copy of the journal in which the article was published is sent to the author in electronic form, a paper version is provided to the author upon request with subscription.
