Abstract
In this study the analysis of the effectiveness of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) in postmenopausal women with neuro-vegetative and psycho-emotional manifestations of climacteric syndrome against the background of vitamin D deficiency and the scheme including combined treatment containing MHT and vitamin D was conducted. The main method of confirming the effectiveness of the drug is the dynamics of the Kupperman index (vegetative and psycho-emotional symptoms). Performance criteria - the dynamics of total score of Kupperman index and the difference compared with its original data - are achieved in the research process. It was found that menopausal hormone therapeutic course with vitamin D correction for 12 months improved the parameters of psycho-emotional manifestation of the climacteric syndrome in postmenopausal women significantly. The modern correction of vitamin D deficiency can improve the quality of life in postmenopausal women.

The experience of treating 176 patients with uterine myoma at the age of 30 years is presented. There was a twofold increase in patients under 30 years of age among patients with uterine myoma in the last decade (from 4.1 % to 8.4 %) under conditions of pregnancy planning for a later re-productive period, and therefore optimization of myomectomy technology plays a decisive role in the preservation / restoration of reproduction. Available ways to prevent postoperative complications and postoperative adhesions, including optimal surgical technique, rational antibiotic prophylaxis and the use of antiseptic barriers Applicants’ experience with Mezogelya in 58 patients) contributed significantly to this.

Abstract
In many countries the growth of cancer morbidity is registered, which requires increasing the responsibility of women for their health. Previously published results of the project Oncopatrul' showed that not all women of the Russian Federation are reasonable about their health: the behavioral reaction of almost half of the respondents varies from neglectful to phobic, including attitude towards taking hormonal drugs. This may serve as a reason for refusing to visit dispensary examinations and late seeking medical help. The article presents the results of the All-Russian educational project Women of different ages between onkoneglection and oncophobia: how to prevent cancer?’, which started in the year 2015 and continues to the present. The research was initiated by the associations of RAGIN and MARS in cooperation with the Far Eastern Institute for Promoting Social Development, the Russian Society for Menopause, the Association of Medical Journalists and a number of medical and public organizations. The analysis of the questioning of women of the Balzac age in relation to their health and hormone therapy is given. In total, over 5,000 women of various ages were surveyed in 32 Russian cities. An analysis of the answers of 2,180 women aged 45-65 years is presented. The study allowed to develop an educational project that includes The Oncopatrol' interactive lectures for doctors and women of different regions, which has already covered 34 cities of Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The active participants in the seminars are the organizers of health care, researchers, teachers of the departments, doctors, cytologists, laboratory diagnostics doctors, patients. Special seminars for teachers are planned.

Abstract
The article describes the clinical observations of pregnant woman with severe vomiting, complicated by Wernicke’s encephalopathy (WE). The cause of this pathology is a deficiency of vitamin B 1, which is rare in socially adapted persons. The authors noted high mortality in WE (20%), due to the delay in diagnosis and early treatment. Clinical observation of EV in pregnant woman with a lesion of the oculomotor and bulbar nerves is confirmed by the data of roentgenotomography. The authors described the classic triad of WE, the order of onset and regression of symptoms. Special attention is paid to the treatment of EV. Immediate treatment with thiamine should be started within 48-72 hours after the first symptoms. The authors mention the literary and own data about the necessity of application of high doses of thiamine by parenteral route. In the future, the patient should be administered long-term vitamin B complex. Prognosis of WE depends on the timing of the start of treatment. Even in this case atactic disorders remain long.

Abstract
To date, the world s leading cause of death amongst women is cardiovascular disease. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is associated with an unfavorable cardiometabolic profile in early life. Apart from dyslipidemia, obesity and onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus, androgens are thought to influence cardiovascular health. The question rises whether women with PCOS are truly at risk for cardiovascular disease in later life. In this review paper, we aim to reflect on this assumed relation based on studies in different stages of life in women with PCOS. Data on cardiovascular disease and mortality in peri- and postmenopausal women with PCOS appear to be controversial. Whether androgens have a protective or unfavorable influence on the manifestation of cardiovascular disease remains uncertain. The need for large, prospective, well-phenotyped cohort studies of women with PCOS is high.

Abstract
For pregnant women with disorders of carbohydrate metabolism characterized by decrease activity of the fibrinolysis system, an increase in the activity of procoagulant and vascular-platelet links in hemostasis is characteristic. The hemostatic system directly depend on the state of carbohydrate metabolism and require adequate correction of the level of glycemia. Thus, gestational diabetes mellitus is one of the triggers for the development of hemostasis system disorders, possible venous thromboembolism in pregnancy and, as a result, the growth of perinatal morbidity and mortality.
