Abstract
Temporary or permanent sensory impairment may result from injuries to nerve trunks during implant surgery. Establishing the prognosis is not simple. Patients may express the changes they subjectively perceive with a variety of words and ways. The comparative analysis of various methods of radiodiagnosis set that cone beam computed tomography can get helpful information for planning the treatment and envisage the result.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the topic of the complex approach to the treatment of hypertrophic processes on the oral mucosa. The authors, based on the data of a carefully conducted study, convincingly proved that dental care should necessarily include a whole complex of treatment regimens together with general practitioners, since etiotropic and pathogenetic therapies are the most effective therapies in the treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa. The obtained results prove the fact that even with considerable experience and high qualification, doctors do not always resort to an integrated approach to the treatment of hypertrophic processes in the oral cavity, therefore, there are often problems of underestimation of the overall status in providing dental care to patients, and the lack of a real system for monitoring the quality of medical work in dentistry during the admission of patients of this category does not pose to the practical specialist the question of ways to increase it. Thus, the research carried out by the authors is relevant, important and interesting. The main conclusion is the unification of all those interested in the overall work to improve the quality of dental care for the population. The article is written in a good accessible language and will be useful to both practicing doctors and students.

Abstract
The installation of dental implants in the incisal area is often difficult due to the centropital pathway atrophy of the alveolar bone after the loss of teeth, an additional problem may be creating a nasal palatine canal close to the implantation zone with a neurovascular bundle. The clinical case demonstrates the use of the piezo-surgical technique for cleavage of the alveolar ridge in the incisal area under the conditions of a significant atrophy of the bone tissue in combination with the technique of directed bone regeneration by Istvan Urban and one-stage implantation.

Abstract
Composite filling materials are widely used in dentistry. Their improvement and modification is still an ongoing process. It is supposed that some antibacterial additives in the restoration materials (for example, chlorgexidinum) can decrease the cariesogenic effect of bacterial films. However it is important to take in consideration how the additive affects the aesthetic and physico-mechanical properties of the modified composite material.

Abstract
Congenital cleft lip and palate is one of the worlds commonest developmental defects. At present, there are efficacious surgical techniques designed to correct this congenital pathology in the maxillofacial region. However, the primary surgical intervention time is controversial. In our investigation, we studied the activity of matrix metalloproteinases in soft tissues cleft and lip of children with CLP. Our observation data led us to the conclusion that earlier operative times contributed to better physiological and functional restoration of soft labial and palatine tissues.

Abstract
Relevance. Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic inflammatory disease with an unknown etiology and pathogenesis. Some authors associate frequent resistance of oral LP (OLP) to the methods, successfully used in treatment of LP of the skin with a separate immunopathological mechanisms and the corresponding epithelial-cell reactions. On this account we have used effective and pathogenetically substantiated method of complex treatment of LP of the skin with the use of extracorporeal photochemotherapy (ECP) and routine therapy (delagil, doxycycline, vitamin B 6, applications of corticosteroid ointments), and for increasing of efficiency of complex treatment with the use of ECP in erosive and other forms of OLP in conjunction with the atypical skin lesions we used methotrexate in combination with ECP and routine therapy. Goal. Research of a clinical efficacy and pathogenetic orientation of the complex therapy with ECP and methotrexate of atypical LP of the skin in combination with OLP lesions. Material and methods. We conducted a study of clinical efficacy of complex treatment with the use of routine therapy, ECP and methotrexate in 18 patients with atypical LP of the skin with lesions in the oral cavity. The EPC method included isolation of mononuclear cells preliminary sensitized with 8-methoxypsoralen with a cell separator Haemonetics MCS+. After the cell suspension was treated with UV А (X = 320-400 nm), it was re-infused to the patient. The treatment course included 4 sessions performed every other day. A single injection of methotrexate was performed in the middle of the course at a dose of 10.0 mg. The severity of lesions in the oral cavity was evaluated with a scale of Thongprasom, subjective feelings of the patient- using a visual analogue scale (VAS). Results. Fll patients tolerated treatment satisfactorily, without complications and side effects. After the treatment all patients noted disappearance of itching on the skin, in 83.4 % of cases was received a complete regression of the lesions. In relation to the lesions on the oral cavity, all patients reported resolution of pain, which was reflected on VAS scale, and after a month from the 4th session of ECP, average Thongprassom scale decreased from 4.3 ± 2.2 to 3.2 ± 1.2 points (p < 0.001). After treatment there was a significant reduction of the correlation of the interaction of CD3+CD8+ and СD38+ (r = 0.47; p > 0.05), indicating a significant reduction of the activation potential of CD3+CD8+, however, there is the possibility of maintaining immune surveillance of natural killer cells in the pathogenic microflora of the oral cavity. Conclusion. Practical application of complex therapy with the use of ECP and methotrexate in the treatment of atypical LP of the skin in combination with oral lesions is pathogenetically justified and effective.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a pilot study whose purpose was to study the patients awareness about the use of cartridge disposable injectors in dentistry. The criterion for inclusion in the study had an audience of patients with higher medical education is not, an exclusion criterion - the presence of higher medical education or experience in medicine (dentistry). The study involved 105 people: 48 of them women and 58 men. The largest group consisted of respondents aged 21-25 years among women 56 % of the total number of participants and 71.4 % of men of the total number of participants. The high personal interest of patients in a sterile package and the actual injection system.

Abstract
The article reflects the results of clinical and graphic diagnostic studies of 147 patients with a complete, incomplete set ofpermanent teeth and various options for optimal functional occlusion. It was found that with the optimal functional occlusion in the bite of permanent teeth, four forms of dental arches predominate. With an incomplete set of teeth, there are asymmetrical and symmetrical dental arches, with full dentition - U-shaped and V-shaped dental arches. The conclusion is made about the expediency of automation of methods for analyzing information from diagnostic gypsum models of dentition, which will reduce the number of manipulations performed by the clinician, improve the quality of diagnosis of morphological disorders of the dental system by determining the shape and presence of asymmetry in the dental arch before and during treatment, costs of an orthodontist in the biometric study of diagnostic models of dentition.

Abstract
Studied the dental status of the 160 children in the city of Anapa and the city Novorossisk. Most of the children (100 %) had good and satisfactory (0 and 1) according to Green-Vermillion hygiene of the oral cavity. RAS prostranost of caries and its complications in the groups of children differed non-significantly (p > 0.05) and made up of children during the early replacement (1st group), the final replacement (the 2nd group) and continuous (3rd force) occlusion respectively 24.0 %, 84.0 % and 61.8 %. The intensity of caries (CPU + KP) differed insignificantly (p > 0.05) 1 (0.56) and 3 (1.52 m) groups and was significantly (p < 0.05) lower in the 2nd (1.84) group of examined children. The prevalence of dentoalveolar anomalies (DMD) differed insignificantly (p > 0.05) in the 2nd (40 %) and 3rd groups (45.9 %) and was significantly (p < 0.05) lower (32 %) in children of the 1st group. Anomalies of the dentition significantly rarely met in the 1st group (28 %) compared to 2nd (22 %) and 3rd (31,8 %) groups of children. The difference in the prevalence of abnormalities of occlusion and combined, DMD in different age groups was not statistically significant (p > 0.05). It should be noted that the DMD in children differed by the variety of manifestations and is often associated with nature, in this regard, the preventive examination of children we consider it appropriate to register details of existing deviations from the norm that will allow to reliably estimate the result of therapeutic and prophylactic measures. Particular attention should be paid to the risk factors, the identification of which in the course of preventive examination of children by a specialist should be combined with the questioning of their parents.

Abstract
The article reveals the problem of the term of rendering paid dental services, the condition of which is mandatory in the contract for the provision of dental services. However, due to the special nature of the medical service, the result of which may not be achievable due to various objective circumstances, such a legal requirement is not always feasible. The relevance of the problem is emphasized by civil-legal and administrative responsibility to which dental clinics can be involved in case of violation of condition, often impossible. The purpose of the study is to analyze legal regulation, judicial practice and develop ways to overcome the problem, including, by changing the relevant subordinate legislative act.
