Цефалометрическое исследование перемещения резцов с помощью активатора, используемого в лечении аномалий дистального прикуса
Аннотация
В лечении аномалий дистального прикуса в связи со сложностями перемещения костей нижней и верхней челюстей все большую актуальность приобретает перемещение зубов. Целью данного исследования явилось изучение перемещения резцов под воздействием функциональных аппаратов, используемых в лечении аномалий дистального прикуса. Исследование проводилось на 19 больных (11 девочек, восемь мальчиков) с аномалиями дистального прикуса скелетного происхождения, получивших лечение аппаратом парного блока (twin-Ыoсk). В результате исследования выявлено, что под воздействием активатора парных блоков на резцы в резцах верхней челюсти происходитретрузия, а в резцах нижней челюсти - протрузия. Размеры протрузии нижних зубов больше размеров ретрузии верхних зубов.
