Белок p66Shc: участие в патогенезе злокачественных опухолей

Аннотация

Белок p66Shc представляет собой самую тяжелую изоформу гена SHC1. По современным данным p66Shc участвует во многих комплексных физиологических и патологических процессах в организме – в старении, окислительном стрессе, эндотелиальном повреждении, атерогенезе. Однако особый интерес представляет понимание его роли в канцерогенезе. Показано участие p66Shc в развитии рака поджелудочной железы, рака пищевода, рака щитовидной железы, рака яичников, колоректального рака, рака легкого. Установлено, что p66Shc в разных видах опухолей может выступать как супрессор и как стимулятор канцерогенеза. Белок p66Shc вовлечен в регуляцию апоптоза, аноикоза, модулирует продукцию активных форм кислорода, аутофагию, и его участие в патогенезе злокачественных опухолей продолжает активно изучаться. В связи с этим актуально провести анализ представленных в литературе сведений о роли белка p66Shc в патогенезе злокачественных опухолей. Для подготовки обзора проведен поиск литературы по базам данных Scopus, Web of Science, Medline, PubMed, CyberLeninka, РИНЦ и CNKI. При анализе использованы источники, индексируемые в базах данных Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed; 14% работ опубликовано за последние 5 лет. Использовано 49 источников для написания данного литературного обзора.
