Nutritional factors for preventing the impact of passive smoking on children’s health

Abstract

The article presents a summary of published scientific research on the dangers of passive smoking, nutritional and other factors for preventing the impact of passive smoking on children’s health. The authors analyze domestic and international publications on this topic. Information platforms for raising students’ awareness of healthy lifestyle issues were analyzed. The article presents preventive measures and various methods that can be effective in combating the effects of passive smoking, and provides food products that are sources of essential nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals important for the proper formation and functioning of body tissues during inflammation, decreased immunity, toxic poisoning, etc.
