Преабилитация хирургических больных: акцент на нутритивную поддержку

Аннотация
Преабилитация – один из компонентов периоперационной медицины и важный этап лечения больных хирургического профиля, направленный на повышение функциональных возможностей пациента и адаптации его к хирургическому стрессу. Основными составляющими мультимодальной преабилитации являются: физические упражнения, адекватная нутритивная поддержка, психологическая помощь. Авторы обсуждают возможности оптимизации нутритивной поддержки с использованием продуктов энтерального питания у хирургических больных с целью повышения их реабилитационного потенциала, уменьшения выраженности саркопении и снижения числа осложнений в периоперационном периоде.
