Потенциальные предикторы рецидива акне после терапии системным изотретиноином: обзор литературы

Аннотация
Рецидив акне после окончания терапии системным изотретиноином остается значимой клинической проблемой с частотой развития от 9% до 65%. В обзоре проанализированы существующие данные о потенциальных предикторах рецидива акне и о роли кумулятивной дозы и различных суточных дозировках системного изотретиноина в сохранении длительной ремиссии. Подчеркивается, что несопоставимость результатов различных исследований во многом обусловлена методологическими различиями (неоднородность выборок, отсутствие стандартизированного определения понятия «рецидив акне»). Статья акцентирует настоятельную потребность в унификации критериев рецидива при комплексной оценке прогностических факторов для создания персонифицированных подходов в лечении больных с акне с учетом индивидуальных рисков развития рецидива и оптимизации режимов дозирования системного изотретиноина.
