Синдром Когана как междисциплинарная проблема (обзор литературы)

Синдром Когана – системный васкулит, принадлежащий к группе вариабельных васкулитов. Он характеризуется поражением глаз (интерстициальный кератит) и аудиовестибулярной системы (нейросенсорная тугоухость, вестибулярные нарушения), реже – развитием системных проявлений (аортит, неврологическая патология). Системное поражение с вовлечением глаз и аудиовестибулярного аппарата требует дифференциальной диагностики с широким спектром болезней, в том числе гранулематозома Вегенера. В обзоре подробно освещены данные об этиопатогенезе, клинической картине, диагностике, принципах терапии и прогнозе этого редкого заболевания. Сложность диагностики и лечения синдрома Когана подчеркивает необходимость междисциплинарного подхода к ведению таких пациентов.
