Clinical aspects of the use of an allograft made from pericardium in the projection of a dental implant for thin gingum biotype

Abstract

В настоящий момент все большему числу пациентов проводится реабилитация пациентов с дефектами зубных рядов с применением метода дентальной имплантации. Мягкие ткани, окружающие имплантат, играют важную роль не только в достижении высокоэстетического результата, но и в профилактике осложнений имплантологического лечения. Долгосрочный клинический и эстетический успех дентальной имплантации зависит от многих факторов: размера и формы межзубных сосочков, контуров десневого края, профиля альвеолярного отростка, ширины и толщины прикрепленной кератинизированной десны, необходимой для формирования периимплантной буферной зoны. Дефицит кератинизированной десны в периимплантной зоне способствует рецессии костной ткани и визуализации шеек имплантатов и абатментов сквозь ее тонкий слой. Контур десны в зоне установленных имплантатов должен обладать эстетичностью, плoтностью и стабильностью.
