Распределение и деградация препарата на основе гиалуроновой кислоты при субдермальном введении

Аннотация
Гиалуроновая кислота – это вязкоупругий гель. Вещество обладает высокой способностью к деформации. Она также обладает такими свойствами, как пластичность, подъемная сила, легкость распределения, мобилизация тканей во время мимической активности мышц лица. Цель исследования: оценка безопасности и эффективности действия ГК на микроскопическом уровне. Исследование проводилось в два этапа. На первом этапе тканевой филлер был введен болюсно субдермально крысам и кроликам. На втором принимали участие женщины-добровольцы. Препарат также вводился болюсно в проблемные области на лице. Помимо гистохимической наблюдения, оценивалась также эффективность процедуры на лице женщины. Продемонстрированы высокая безопасность, а также повышение уровня экспрессии коллагеновых и эластиновых волокон.
