Неврологические синдромы целиакии

Аннотация

Целиакия – это аутоиммунное заболевание у людей с генетической предрасположенностью, возникающее вследствие потребления белков глютена пшеницы, ржи, ячменя и характеризующееся воспалением слизистой тонкой кишки и атрофией ворсинок. Полиневропатия, мигрень, хроническая мозжечковая атаксия и фибромиалгия – это самые частые экстраинтестинальные синдромы целиакии. Исследование тонких нервных волокон необходимо при таких болезненных синдромах целиакии, как глютеновая полиневропатия и фибромиалгия, а также при глютеновой вегетативной полиневропатии. Исследование антинейрональных антиганглиозидных антител необходимо при таких поражениях центральной и периферической нервной системы, как глютеновая полиневропатия и глютеновая мозжечковая атаксия. Аглютеновая диета напрямую влияет на исчезновение приступов головной боли или на уменьшение их частоты и интенсивности. Имеется мало исследований по влиянию аглютеновой диеты на риск развития головной боли.
