Перспективы применения физических упражнений и фитотерапии у пациентов с язвенным колитом

Аннотация

Заболеваемость и распространенность язвенного колита в последние годы тесно коррелирует с принятием западного образа жизни. Эти наблюдения подтверждают мнение о том, что различные факторы окружающей среды способствуют патогенезу кишечных заболеваний. В развитых странах образ жизни людей существенно изменился, на него повлияли серьезные изменения в привычках питания и отсутствие физической активности. Эти изменения могут оказывать влияние на течение и исход заболевания и требуют проведения коррекции с применением физических упражнений и других немедикаментозных методов лечения.
