Нарушения биологических ритмов при депрессии

Аннотация
Депрессия относится к заболеваниям, сопровождающимся выраженными медико-социальными последствиями, к которым относятся инвалидность, снижение социального функционирования и суициды. Существует ряд доказательств тесной связи депрессивных проявлений с нарушениями циркадного периодизма и функций супрахиазменных ядер гипоталамуса — ведущего водителя биологических ритмов. Данная статья является литературным обзором, посвященным понятию биологических ритмов, хронотипа, десинхроноза, их роли в развитии и течении депрессии, опыте применения хронобиотических препаратов при депрессивном расстройстве.
