Привычные изменения ЭКГ спортсмена - современный подход

Электрокардиография (ЭКГ) известна, как наиболее часто применяемый метод инструментальной скрининг-диагностики, который может обнаружить у спортсмена феномены, не свойственные лицам в общей популяции. Такие электрофизиологические феномены, как синусовая брадикардия, выраженная синусовая аритмия, функциональная атриовентрикулярная (АВ) блокада и др., могут приводить к ошибкам в диагностике и тактике ведения спортсмена. Наиболее известный алгоритм трактовки Domenico Corrado и Antonio Pelliccia (2010), в настоящее время расширен и дополнен критериями Shrarma S. и Drezner J. A., (2017). Наряду с принятыми ранее изменениями, возникающими под влиянием повышенного блуждающего нерва и морфологического ремоделирования миокарда, уделено внимание расовым и возрастным влияниям.
